Paid 21.46 including tip for a cobb salad. The salad had about 1/3 of what it was supposed to have. Missing one egg, 2/3 of the chicken, Zero blue cheese, no onions of any kind! Really! Don’t go here. Panera Bread in general has gone down hill! I should have taken a photo but i was trying to eat quickly before next flight.

The food I had from there was quite ok in taste. I ordered a Margherita Flatbread Pizza and a greek salad. The salad could have been a bit more various when it comes to ingredients, because a huge part of it were just green leaves. The order was processed quickly!

Regular ol Wednesday evening at 7pm. All salads out of stock, mayo out of stock and I’m sure there’s more but I decided not to waste time and left.Manager needs to manage.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a bowl of the chicken noddle soup. got the salad with not chicken and a cup of the soup with barely any chicken. My gate wasn’t close by so I could t even go back. Check your order!

Panera bread is suppose to open up @ 5:30am per the website and per the small sign the workers made themselves. It was 5:28am when a line began to form around the Panera. The workers looked nonchalant, and one even laughed saying a line was forming. She proceeded to tell us that the line was on the other side @ exactly 5:30am. Ten minutes later we are still standing in line, the lights are off in the Panera and the workers are doing everything they can to not address the issue. My partner proceeded to ask another worker what time they were opening, the worker barely addressed her and simply mumbled 6am. We then advised her that per the signs and the website they were suppose to be open at 5:30am and if they were not going to be open yet why have everyone standing around in line, without addressing the customers. Showing consideration for their customers would have helped eased this issue and their delayed opening. Instead the worker began to yell at us stating that they were short staffed and that there was only three of them working and continuously kept shouting at us. We again told her that they could have just communicated that instead of having ppl waiting around. If you don’t want to deal with people then don’t work customer service, especially food service. I included photos of the woman who was yelling.

They are out of every thing, from bottle water to cheese to wraps. It’s not even noon yet. The service is achingly slow. Still waiting 15 min after order.

This unfortunately was the worst Panera experience we've ever had. There were a few people in line ahead of us but the line didn't move at all for 10 minutes because of the four people working, only one woman was at the counter and for some reason it took over 10 minutes to take one single order. Found out later that it was because they were out of literally everything on the menu but the flatbread and two soups. I gave up at that point and didn't order (was also very frustrated that they didn't tell the whole line of people that they were out of food?), but my husband tried the flatbread. Went to open it and it didn't even look like pizza/flatbread. He tried a piece and was so grossed out, he took it back and got a refund. Grossly disappointing on every front. Won't be eating there again.

Everywhere says this place opens at 0530 - myself and a few others are patiently waiting for them to open and an employee told us that they’re not opening until 0600. Someone waiting suggested (not in a mean way) that they change the sign to reflect the accurate opening time and the employee said no and was extremely rude about it. There were people putting in their order on the app who probably thought it opened at 0530 as well since that is what it states online and on the sign but probably won’t get their food because of this and their flight leaves. I almost placed my order on the app as well and so happy I didn’t.
