Bro. Regular sauce does not mean HEAVY and light sauce doesn't mean no sauce. Why would you send me a pizza with no sauce? Unacceptable. When I order regular you put too much and light I get this B.s. I'm beyond angry. A pizza with no sauce?

The service was fast. Now my kids love this pizza and it was hot but they could have put more cheese on it but it was ok. The parking sucks though. Then getting out of here is just as bad .

They were very helpful! I ordered online for delivery but for some reason it was processed as pick up and I was at work so no way for pick up! I called the store and Josh was able to switch it to delivery and my family got the pizza in 30 minutes! That was fantastic. Thanks Josh ??

Customer here very terrible the best part of my food was that it was fresh needs to work on customer service skills cause they're definitely lacking heavily and if you don't want to work in the fast food industry get out of the industry go do something that makes you happy.

Worst pizza I've ever had in my life, nothing but thin dough, I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni, that whole pizza didn't have 10 slices of pepperoni, the cheese was invisible and had about 10 small sausage balls, I ate one slice and threw the rest of it in the street for the dogs, " NEVER AGAIN" !

I ordered pizza, wings and a 2L. Delivery driver delivered everything but my soda. Called the store damn near 6 times with no answer and still hadn't been refunded for my soda.

This was the worst pizza I've ever had from here. Who can mess up a pepperoni pizza. The manager was rude and very nasty. Don't order from them. It was also delivered COLD. I'm throwing up.

Do not order from this location! Recently placed an order directly through the Papa John website. When I received my food I noticed that I received the incorrect dessert item so I attempted to contact the store to notify them that they had given me the wrong thing. I contacted this location no less than 7 times via phone and NO one answered. Each call lasted a little over 6 minutes. I called the contact center for Papa John by going through the store's phone prompt for placing a new delivery and was finally able to get through to someone. However, the representative who spoke with me blatantly disconnected our call and a second representative (after calling again) simply rerouted me back to the store's direct line (after I had already told her I contacted them 7x's to no avail) where I was yet again disconnected.If you want to possibly deal with a lack of customer service, pizza that's barely cut correctly, incorrect items being delivered to you and not having a way to receive a refund or redelivery then this is the location for you. Super frustrating to deal with the lack of service at this location after spending so much money on their food, definitely go elsewhere and get better service

I literally always have the worst experiences here. But they are the closest pizza spot that delivers so it’s like I’m forced to order from here, but they are horrible at communications, and they never answer the store phone. The updates are inaccurate and I’m just tired of dealing with the unprofessional services of this location.
