First, let me say the 3 star rating has nothing to do with the employees. They are amazing. 5 stars for them. The store is freezing. No heat at all. Party city should be ashamed to make the employees work in those conditions. Fix the heat. Plus the store looks old. No matter how hard the employees clean it still looks old and it needs a remodeling. Out of all the party city's in and around Charlotte this one is in the worst condition and by far has the best and most knowledgeable people. So, do something to help them out. Start with giving them some heat.

Excellent Customer Service - On Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023. I went to pick up my balloon order and realized I had made a mistake. The manager on duty saved the day by assisting me in finding a solution and then swapping out the balloons.

Picked up online order this morning at this location. Everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful and nice! One of the balloons I purchased did not make it to the car and quickly blew away. Staff replaced the balloon at not charge! Saved the day for me!Highly recommend this store and this staff!

If I could give a negative score I would. Very dirty, unorganized and all of the staff was having a party with their friends and didn't want to even help cash out.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went Into party city to try and get a return for a costume I bought yesterday that was too big on me. The guy at the register said last day for returns was the 24th. They have a policy about seasonal items however nobody notified me of this policy and I found out AFTER I bought the costume. The guy didn’t want to give me a refund even though no where in the store is this policy written and on their website when you go to the return policy if you don’t scroll all the way day you won’t see what the policy is for seasonal items. I bought this costume yesterday meaning I had no opportunity to return It if it was too big. I tried it on within 24 hours of buying and they didn’t give me an option to return it My only options were to exchange or get store credit and I did not want to do either. I want my money back that I work hard for. Do better , and tell people about policies. I tried also to get help on their website in a chat and nobody helped me. I will never shop at a party city again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Purchased cups, blue and pink M&M’s and LOTS of helium pearl latex balloons as well as a few Big Reveal helium balloons. Received great help and advice from the associate in charge. The balloons were delivered with care from a very nice and professional young man. Would highly recommend this store to anyone!Party City at 1816 Galleria Blvd. Suite H in Charlotte, NC.

It's been a while since I had been to party city and was shocked to see not a lot of options for Halloween costumes. This was my second location that day looking for a mask with no luck. There were plenty of parking and curbside parking in front of the store. I guess with everything being online, most big box stores today don't carry a lot of inventory.

The most disgusting restrooms I have ever been in. The smell of urine is so overwhelming, I doubt anyone has cleaned it in months.

The store should have signage on Galleria Blvd to let you know which direction to go to find store. GPS on both phones didn't really pick it up. Once in the store the associate was helpful in directing me to what I needed but the store shelves and displays were not as full as other Party City locations are considering this was during Graduation time that was poor planning on their part to get those sales. I would have signs banners balloons drawing people in considering this is the last business on the strip. I have been going to Party City for years and never noticed this location. No one greeted me upon entering the store or thanked me at check out.

It's hit and miss if you get nice employees there. The most annoying thing is that probably more than half the store has no price tags and no where to scan so you have to keep bringing things up to the register to price check.

Ordered delivery from them ballons and physical items for sons birthday. My balloons showed up on time my physical items never showed up, I called they said they’d have someone deliver by the end of today. They never show up. Horrible experience.

I ordered helium balloons today and already one of them is deflated. I placed instructions on how to arrange the bouquet and it was done incorrectly. Also the length of the the string was almost waist level.

we went for a visit to see what we could get for my son's upcoming birthday party. during our visit an employee was blowing up balloons. my son is hard of hearing and wears a bone conduction hearing aide, and he absolutely loved the sound of the balloon when it was getting blown up. he was cracking up so hard laughing you'd think he peed in his diaper - hilariously laughing! my husband and my son walked over to the area to scope it out and the kind employee gave him a free balloon. it was super thoughtful and truly appreciated. thank you for excellent customer service.

The team members in this store are AMAZING! I am apart of a bridal party and the plates that we ordered from Amazon never came. We went into this store frantic but was quickly calmed by the 4 members working. One guy was checking everywhere for the specific plates, while the lady at the front was looking in the system to see who else sold them and the manager started calling other stores. Needless to say they went above and beyond. I really wish I could remember their names because I've never had customer service like that. Oh and to make things better, we located the plates. Would definitely recommend!
