Pet Supermarket is a great pet store with tremendous and helpful customer service. The staff is always nice, super helpful, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to assist with finding the right products, including for dietary needs and budgets. A key feature is the convenient self-service dog wash station, which offers clean stalls, provided shampoo and conditioner, and plenty of towels for about $10. While the area is generally clean, attention to the wash stations can sometimes vary. The store carries a vast selection of pet care products, and the animals for sale appear very well cared for and healthy. Additional services include grooming and VIP Petcare clinics in select locations.
Great store but the corporate-level changes to the customer loyalty program suck. I'm not going to return within 30 days to use a $5 credit. In fact, I probably won't return at all anymore. Enshittification of a business loyalty program. Yay.
