Took my dog to get groomed last week and honestly I could've just groomed her myself! First walked in and was not greeted, then finally I was greeted after standing there for 5 minutes. No update when I picked up my dog but was handed a scarf to put on her myself. This location should do better with their customer service! I will go out if my way to go to another location this one is not it.

They are too expensive ($78) and you get nothing for what you pay. I took my dog yesterday and she's still itching and displaying dander. I just moved from Winston-Salem and our PetSmart groomers were so nice. These groomers are not friendly and appear to be overworked. I've even witnessed some groomers being mean to the dogs. I will not be back!

Nelmyn Castro was excellent she did full haircut and my dog was smelling good and look great she also have great customer service she has a very nice attitude and very polite good energy with puppies love her she’s doing a great job!

We enrolled our dog, Heidi in Petsmart classes at the Northlake location. She has attended Beginner, Intermediate, and now she is in Advanced. We are really enjoying working with our trainer, Lily. The class is social for Heidi and also for us as we love talking with the other pet parents and Lily. We are also enjoying interacting with the other Petsmart staff while there. Everyone has been very nice.

Took my two rescue dogs the other day for the first time... They acted like it was the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve all wrapped into one. Employees were| polite, and friendly. We'll do it every chance I can

I've been a Guinea pig parent for over 6 years and have never encountered ringworm until I brought a Guinea pig from this location. I previously had two guineas, one died of cancer and I thought it would be a good idea for my other Guinea to have a companion. I put freshly washed linen in their cage and let them meet. After two day of having her I noticed a rash near her eye and did research and separated her from my other Guinea. I brought her back into the store and they confirmed, treated her ringworm and gave me a refund. They said they would call back after she's treated but never did. 2/3 weeks have gone by and now my other Guinea has ringworm that she did not have before. I called and spoke to the unhelpful manager, Oliver who said there is nothing they can do. An associate told me they check their animals for infections before customers buy them but that's a complete lie. (In addition to the ringworm her stool was loose which means something is wrong internally or she's eating too many veggies. Petsmart doesn't feed them veggies and she wouldn't eat the carrot I was trying to give her) I advise everyone to stop buying Guinea pigs from here, not only because of my experience but because of the poor living conditions they put them in. If you've ever smelled the inside of their cage, you would know exactly what I'm talking about.

I've been taking my furball son to this location since he was a puppy. This experience was the worst and it was due to the day shift staff. I never seen any of those ladies before but they provided no service at all whatsoever to my dog. When I picked him up he still smelled coat didn't shine, he wasn't soft, they couldn't even brush his teeth. They were identifying my baby as the "aggressive dog" and did not even call him by name. They were spraying him as he was coming to me. I was in disbelief I have everyone loves my baby I he never wants to leave but that time he ran from them. They were talking about other customers in front of the customers there. The professional was disheartening. Every time I go there it's the best staff so loving to every pet that comes in the door. I wasted my money and had to make another appointment at another location.

I took Teddy for a bath and cut. I received a call telling me later that his cost would be surprisingly $150.00. I was advised by a 2nd caller that Teddy was tuckered and fell out on the table from the cut. I was told he was stressed. Since when??? I advised the rep that I would be there to pay & pick Teddy up at 5::30. I arrived to pay and pick Teddy up. Teddy was partially cut. I was advised to bring him back the next day for the groomer to finish. My son returned the next day with Teddy for his cut to be completed, and he was advised the groomer was not coming in and to bring him back on Thursday. We were leaving the country as a family and advised the grooming manager of that. She asked that we come back a 3rd time. I said we have things to do and we are leaving the country for some time. You weren't being paid to have us running back & and forth, hoping for service. They didn't take our money either time because they never finished cutting Teddy. They kept giving us the run around. Poor customer service!!! Teddy had a face full of hair. His face was filthy, and he had long pieces of hair all over his body. His ears were cut VERY BADLY and developed sores! They shaved a lot of his hair off and skinned him in some places. He looked horrible, and was not groomed by a professional. I was asked if I could pay for his cut during one call by the M.I.A. groomer. Was I asked that in that fashion because I was not white? My son & i were given the run around 3 times to include the on duty grooming manager. I was even willing to pay for the partial, botched job. They failed me, and they knew it. The original appointment was on Saturday. I received a call switching the appointment to Sunday, on Saturday. Just before leaving home on Sunday am, I received a call to reschedule again, this time for Monday. This was terrible & Teddy looked like he had a hairy lamp shade on, ruined my travel portraits. Petsmart, let us down!!!!!! Not to mention price gouging!!!!! I'd been a good and faithful patron for many years! This was shameful!

Everything thing you need for your pet. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is always neat and stocked. I even use their pet hospital for my furbaby. They know how important our pets are to us, and they treat them the same way.

Very rude manager at this store today. Usually good people but this time this crazy lady said we had to bring any dead fish that they guarantee for 14 days in order for them to exchange. It never happened before
