I just rescued a kitten and needed some stuff for her. Was looking for cat towers and found one on their app for a fraction of the price. The manager not only price matched but brought it to the checkout and to my truck for me since my hands were full. Great staff and amazing manager. Couldn’t be happier

After a really bad experience at the Petco in Arboretum where my dog paw was cut and I wasn’t even informed, I decided to try this PetSmart instead. They really took care of us and did everything right. I’m glad this store has professional, caring staff.
