Terrible service today for the adoption program. I made an appointment today and asked if they would be open due to the weather, and they said yes. Upon arrival, there were only two people working, and one of the guys, who was incredibly rude, said he couldn't help us because it was just him and another guy, even though they were open. They should close and notify people if they won't be providing services. People take time out of their day and risk driving in the snow to get there.

Took my dog for a bath/haircut this morning. We’ve been here a number of times without an issue. However, this time when I picked up my sweet pup I was told he had either gotten some hair or dust in his eye during his groom. I was told they washed out his eye but it was still red because he kept rubbing it. I wasn’t initially alarmed but here we are 6+ hours later and my sweet dog can’t even open his right eye at all. I’m sorry but that’s not just a bit of hair in his eye. His eye is totally inflamed.
I hope it will resolve on its own. Will certainly update this review with more details if it doesn’t. But I won’t be back here for grooming and you should avoid it as well.

Ive brought my puppy here several times to be groomed. However I took her 2 days ago my puppy went from looking like a poodle to a hairless cat! She's completely unrecognizable. I asked Tori to leave fur on top so I could put her bows in she attempted to convince me she did but its so short nothing can be attached. I told her she was afraid of the dryer they usually air dry her. She put her in the dryer anyway. And they failed to notify me 45 minutes after she was done.
She cut her down so short she can no longer regulate her body temperature. She's always shivering she has to wear clothes. She refuses to go outside to potty because it too cold. Ill stick to the groomer ive used before. Ill never ever book with Tori I suggest none of book with her

Cocoa loves to go shopping at this location. It is always clean. Very safe for a cat to shop on his leash.

Jessica H (PetsHotel) is the absolute best! Very professional, attentive, and kind. She took very good care of Pippa! I felt comfortable leaving my fur baby in her care.
The place was very clean, calm, and inviting. The Holiday Decor was lovely. I highly recommend Jessica and her team to handle all your fur baby hoteling needs. You won't' be disappointed!

Heather did such a fantastic job grooming my cat Koko! This was my first time getting him groomed at this location since moving and I will continue to book with Heather.

Do NOT use delivery service through them. They use “Roadie” the Amazon flex of UPS.
I watched them deliver it to my neighbor. The driver watched me the neighbor having to go back and forth and just sat in the car. They only delivered 2 of 4 items and the worst part it REEKED of cigarette smoke. So much so I had to put it outside and could smell it 20ft away. I’m not giving any of my dogs toys that smell like the toys themselves have smoked a pack of cigarettes! This is what’s wrong with America. Half ass service for over inflated prices so half ass/part time people don’t have to really work and provide a customer service. Those 2 items hit the trash. PetSmart customer service offered to resend items (which I assume by same method since they said 24-48hr delivery). Nah dawg - just give me my money back cause the time i spent on this I could have drove to any PetSmart in NC and get them myself. They “issued” a refund. We shall see.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to thre team at the PetSmart Hotel in Costwold...They took care of my furbaby...There pleasantries. professionalism. caring and customer service is on point. I definitely recommend anyone who has to go away and needs a trusted team to take care of their furbaby...please go here. Your furbaby will be at ease and so will you.

Refused to provide the Adoption Kit for a dog I rescued yesterday even though any other location will. The manager refused to help us at all and told me to bring my business elsewhere.

I recently brought my dog to this grooming salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Madysen was an absolute sweetheart—so friendly and welcoming. She did an amazing job taking care of my pup and gave him one of the best grooms he’s ever had. You can truly see her passion for what she does in her attention to detail and the care she provides. Highly recommend her services!
