Austin and Sam at the PT Center have created a unique physical therapy experience in the Charlotte area. They have a small and focused practice that allows individual attention to not only a patient's muscular/joint/physical needs, but more importantly to each person's ability to mentally overcome their challenges to heal holistically.It is a culture of safety for honesty about progress during therapy, and also a culture of leading a patient to independence and continued healing after the PT sessions are over.I was a former patient of a large, corporate Ortho/PT practice and have a direct comparison of the difference that Austin and Sam have created for a wonderful patient experience.They are gifted therapists that I have not found elsewhere!

I could not recommend the Physical Therapy Center enough! From day 1, Austin and Sam made me feel welcome and at ease. They listened to my concerns and questions thoughtfully and worked with me to help me achieve my goals. They are both extremely professional, encouraging, and upbeat! If you need PT, definitely check out the South End Physical Therapy Center.

Sam and Austin are fantastic. They’re always upbeat and encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had them work on knee, hip and foot injuries from running and basketball, and they’re my first stop if I ever have to overcome an injury. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I had a great experience at the South End Physical Therapy center. The location is great and easy to get to. I worked with both Austin and Sam- they educated me on how to strengthen + use my body and helped me heal. They were friendly, encouraging, and informative. Highly recommended!

I love this place. The staff is great. They really care and know their stuff. I am looking forward to returning once I start my post-op therapy. I would love it if they had a closer location but I would want ALL of the same staff and I seriously doubt if everyone would relocate for little old me. ?

I initially did not want to go to physical therapy, because I didn't have good results from femur break, 5 years ago, but I must say the attention/ services this staff has provided me with, I'm expressed. Not only have they been working with me on fall from a grocery store incident but also noticing the weakness in that one leg from a femur break. I was initially given prednisone, before going coming here, which worked really well for a month, and then I met the PT staff. After my 3 visit I started to feel really good, as I continue with them I seem to be getting much more stronger overall. I never would have thought, this services would have been this beneficial. I also can notleave how knowledgeable Austin and Sam are what they are doing the affected areas and reasons why they are doing what they do. Simply amazing they are, and dare not leave out the welcoming receptionist.

I had a 4:00 pm appointment with the doctor. Unfortunately, the doctor wasn't available until 4:20. Our appointment lasted 20 minutes.I asked the receptionist if we could adjust our bill to make up for the fact that it was not an entire hour appointment. She agreed, and I paid the pro-rated proper amount.3 months later, I got a call saying I owed $25. I explained the situation to a billing manager, and they refused to adjust the bill since the receptionist was no longer there. A month later, I'm sent to collections for $25. Completely unethical practice that can't keep a schedule.p.s. Lose the christian rock. I don't want to want to hear about how jesus heals when I'm receiving medical treatment.Edit for response:Your billing director is simply going off of a inputted patient records. I have GPS evidence from November 18th, 2021 that I left your facility early which matches my story. I can clearly show I left your facility and that your patient records are wrong. Yet you still send me to collections over $25?I will send you those records if you like. Please provide your email.

I pulled a muscle in my hip one day while working out and came here for treatment when none of the home remedies I tried worked. After a few weeks of sessions diagnosing then treating the issue I was back to full functionality. I am so glad I came here. Austin and Samantha are amazing! They're very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly their treatment worked, and I am so grateful. I strongly recommend Physical Therapy Center to anyone recovering from an injury.

The entire team at PT Center has been incredibly welcoming and motivating as I build back my strength after an injury. In just a few weeks, I’ve felt much stronger and have seen a significant reduction in pain. I highly recommend this location for anyone considering physical therapy!
