Great Customer Service and Welcoming Vibe!
As someone who knows NOTHING about cigars, I walked in to the shop and explained that I needed to buy a birthday gift for my cousin. They were more than happy to help me out, and so I showed several pics of my cousin enjoying cigars. Just by looking at what he was smoking in the different photos, they helped me find a few cigars they thought he would enjoy. 30 minutes later, I walked out with a fantastic gift (including a box), within my budget. I added a few embellishments to make it just a little more special and here is what I gifted (see pics).

Staff was incredibly rude and snarky, and obviously intoxicated. I came in asking about their Salt nicotine and was treated like an idiot. I've been vaping for 7 years. I just wanted to know about their prices and still I was treated very disrespectfully and like I didn't know anything. I left without buying and won't be back. The person waiting on me couldn't even keep it straight what I wanted, and then proceeded to treat ME like I was stupid for asking. Definitely won't be back.

Everyone behind the counter is always pleasant, polite, and helpful. The service is great and they always have what I'm looking for. There is a great selection of cigars; I like to buy one for my husband from time to time and he always enjoys them. Really the only thing I have to criticise is the inconsistency of the hours. They are supposed to open at 9:00 but I often have to wait past that time for someone to show up and open the store. I've waited until as late as 9:15.

Do not buy any weed from there, something is really not right about 10$ per gram being so intense that on the next day you feel like being severely poisoned. (Message for the owners please check your red bullz strain it's dangerous)
