Pinhouse, Charlotte's first duckpin bowling and taproom, opened its doors in July 2019 in the Plaza-Midwood neighborhood. This 6,000-square-foot venue boasts 72 self-serving craft beers, wines, and a full bar, as well as a balcony overlooking Veterans Park. The Gatsby-esque décor creates a unique, adult-friendly atmosphere, perfect for private and corporate events. In addition to the indoor space, Pinhouse offers two outdoor seating areas, including a huge patio, and four duckpin bowling lanes downstairs. Customers can enjoy the live music and a great ambiance, though some have noted issues with limited parking and an overzealous security presence. Overall, Pinhouse provides a spacious and enjoyable experience for those looking to socialize, bowl, and sample a wide selection of beverages. While the venue's parking and security policies may need some refinement, the establishment offers a pleasant environment for friends to gather and enjoy each other's company.
Nice spot to visit if your in Charlotte on a Sunday night.

This is a nice establishment. Some of the staff are pleasant, some not so much. I probably won't go back.

Great experience, I didn't order any food, but food trucks were available. Great adult atmosphere, spacious area indoor and outdoor. Security, plus Charlotte Mecklenburg Police department on seen for extra security which is a plus. Music 🎶 was amazing and rather solo or couples it's a vibe
