The guy at the counter was very rude with the pony tail. Lacked Customer service and became very rude when I asked him a question. He claimed he was upset because no one responded to him when we came in the store which we did. If I’m looking for a product not too much looking to make a friendship in the store and carry conversation. Looking to buy a product. He became very irate and then said he was refusing to serve us. I said how are you refusing to serve us just because we didn’t say hey how are you are you having a great day. I guess because we were African American it was easier to deflect and want us out of the store. What a very poor experience. My word of mouth about this store will travel. Poor poor service and not a good example for someone who is visiting out of state. I guess your business supports racism. Todays date March 23rd 2024 time 7:30pm. Who ever the jock is that’s working in the store is horrible. Wont ever support your business again

they are knowledgeable, reasonable... i will purchase from them in future.. tis an easy walk from UNCC.. i am never pressured ... and no i am not a "body builder" into simple health... they are good with this as well.
