I haven't been to this branch since the day I opened my account a decade ago. Not sure about the other reviews but the customer service was fantastic! Kendra Morgan greeted me with great energy and a smile right when I walked in (and on a FRIDAY!) and handled all my needs promptly. Very much appreciated!

Been with this bank 6 plus years. I always make cash deposits and have my check directly deposited into my account, never not one issue. The moment I need to just cash my check the company can’t do it because I dont have the exact funds in the account to cash. That’s unfair to the consumer all the way around. If I bank with you all and have active deposits and not in the negative there is no reason as a loyal consumer I should have access to cash my check and have funds readily available. Very disappointed and felt very discriminated! If I have an active account not in the negative no reason I shouldn’t be able to cash my check.

I’ve had nothing but a good experience in this branch. My case was handled by Christian Carney and he was wonderful and helpful. I keep back 3 times to fix some stuff and he has always been pleasant and professional.

Customer is not good at all. They have to train these people better. When I first walked in there was a black foreign lady who was extremely friends but the guy (or girl) couldn’t tell at the front needs to work on their customer. I received what I came for but doubt I’d ever go to this location again. I mean chewing gum, texting or doing something on the phone, no eye contact, no hi how are you when I walked up. He provided what I needed but so unprofessional. Please train your employees.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, please disregard the negative and bad reviews/comments! I had an amazing experience with opening a checking account! They were incredibly helpful and trustworthy. So happy that I came across with this bank!

Without a doubt, this is the best bank branch of any bank I have ever been to! Every single person who works there is friendly, helpful and kind. I had a complicated issue that took several visits. They were always welcoming and bent over backwards to help me.

Closing my business and personal account with this bank ASAP. This branch in particular is trash but the entire bank, I am over.. I made an appointment a few months ago WITH the branch manager in his office and when I came in a few weeks later for the appointment... He was in vacation. Come on, I made the appointment with YOU and you were on vacation? Okay - stuff happens, I let it go.. Drove to the other side of charlotte(I live less than 5 mins from this branch) and 30 mins later to open a business account. Back in a few months later to link accounts and need an appointment.. The teller says the branch manager will call to set it up(didn't hold my breath) he of course did not. We have had it - how many times can you give MULTIPLE branches chances? We are on the hard search for the best bank to use for personal and business so we can get out of this bank ASAP. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!

I headed into this location to speak with a banker pertaining to my business account. Outside at the entry door, there’s a huge sign that reads, “Scan barcode to meet with the personal banker!”. Following the instructions, I scan the barcode, answer several questions…to be told I was next in line. Since logging in I notice someone go in before I did….in the role of NEXT. After waiting 20 minutes, I hear someone scream out, “Did you need help with something?” As I walked to the counter, I explained to the teller that I had logged in to speak with a banker. She asked me what I needed as everyone in line and at the tellers stared at me. When I explained to her that I had logged in, she said that they prefer that people come to the tellers and request help. AND that no one was available to help me and that the business banker left early. NICE

Have been client for 30 years, never seen a branch that is that irresponsible and unreliable. Not only they don't deliver on what they promised but can't fix their own mistakes on time. We were left without euros and without refund on our account for the last 24 hrs, so not only we did not get the currencies they promised they would deliver in 24 hrs but they were unable to refund me within the next 24 hrs, so our funds were unavailable. Total disaster.

Too bad one star is as low as you can go. I have been banking with PNC for over 22 years and this branch is the absolute worst. Go there to get cash and they DO NOT have $100 bills.....are you kidding me this is a bank. Go there to have something notorized , they don't have a notorary on site......are you serious this is a bank. Slowest drive through you will ever go through. Should fire the entire branch management team, locate an easier to access location and start over. Seriously PNC why do you continue to tolerate this branch without doing something about it????

I was hesitant to go into this location today but I went anyway & it was a pleasant surprise. The staff greeted everyone that walked into the door. The branch manager came out to assist when he saw the line was long. It was a very pleasant experience. The Branch Banker, Jonathan was VERY helpful as I’m new to the PNC community & didn’t know their policies. The other branch banker, I didn’t catch her name, she was just as helpful with her customers. I’m not sure what happened in the past but the reviews are outdated. This is a great location!

Staff is terrible. Lady up front has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. It is being handled on a corporate level now. Same lady been referenced in the other complaints. They need to do something with her. She is clearly unhappy and running customers off. I opened up an account with another bank today. I remembered why I quit doing business with them years ago after today. It won’t happen again.
