I had a horrible experience with Robert Rose and his associate today! I have been going over to this branch for so many years and ever since Robert Rose took over the experience is not exceptional. I did not appreciate the odd look he gave me today.

PROFESSIONAL, POLITE - I've banked with a lot of different companies over the years. The idea of going into a bank to handle business has traditionally been about as enjoyable as a root canal. That's not true with the folks at PNC Ballantyne. They have consistenly been polite, responsive, and respectful of my time. Indeed, I'm old enough to remember when savings account balances were typed in passbooks and banks were open for a 1/2 day on Saturdays. I was blown away to see a bank branch in Charlotte that stays open past normal business hours on weekdays (6:00pm) and is open on Saturdays. I recommend William McGrath at PNC Ballantyne. My personal experience with this bank branch has been excellent.

The "solution center" in Matthews has no solutions except to send me to Ballantine to cash a check. Then the Ballantine bank wouldn't cash a check from their bank. I will never go into a PNC again. Aholes!

They wasted my time there. I have been PNC customer for 8 or so years and I literally needed to pull some cash out quickly for my trip the same day and they didn’t help me.I went to the Randolph location and I had the best service there.If not Randolph location I would have closed my card with them.

This location is very nice. There are 2 tellers that are super kind & patient- Ms. Toni & the gentleman that sits to her left with glasses. They are always there & pleasant. The branch manager Robert & assistant manager are helpful & nice as well.

Umm...moment I walked in I could feel it. They don't really care. This lady teller was pretty rude. Just check the recent reviews and yes...customers are not happy at this location.

Everyone here was perfectly pleasant. I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. The teller had to get some assistance to do what I needed, but that's ok.

I have banked with them for years. I closed my account today and I won't be back. When I first started my account with this location Customer Service was fantastic but now it is lackluster and really awful. If your staff is not happy then that trails down to how they treat their customers. I have seen many wonderful Tellers lthere leave for employment elsewhere and I hated to see them leave but happy they were finding better employment and better treatment elsewhere. Just as I did.treatment elsewhere

Customer service is very shaky... I use the drive through and bank teller has mask on unable to greet customer verbally.I do not know if she is smiling, frowning or snarling due to big mask and non verbal communication. It took approximately 15 minutes to cash two checks. I know the line of cars behind were not very happy.No explanation or apology for long and needless delay.No "Thank you for doing business at PNC" No "Go to Hell"Nothing... just that blank stare and ambiguous smile, frown, snarl???Can't tell with her oversized Covid mask.Customer service is really becoming an antiquated idea.

I needed to open a new account and I had a great experience! Due to covid .. its best if you call and make an appointment. I had to wait about 10 minutes before being called into my appointment.. but I didn’t mind. All in all William was a great help ! He answered any questions I have very effectively and made the process of opening a new account painless.

My father passed away 8-14-19 and it is 6-25-20 I am finished with probate, have had my list of appointments for 6 months and I am still not able to work with PNC. I was told by the legal and customer service team that I would be assisted same day in person after bringing this document or 48 hours after being submitted to an email. I sent it myself and had Maria’s (branch manager) PNC fax it over. Maria still is being complicated when trying to make a payment I currently am not able to make a payment unless I call in? Maria will not let me ask any questions about the bill in my hand even though they have the original court paperwork and I was told they should be working with me BY THE PNC LEGAL AND CUSTOMER AFFAIRS LINE ON THE PHONE AFTER HOURS OF WORK

I refinanced my car through PNC and the entire process was a nightmare. I have never seen such incompetence and then rudeness afterwards. I have been to the DMV twice now to try to fix it. I will be making another trip later this week. I hope you choose to go elsewhere so you do not have to take off 3 days from work to go back and forth from the branch, three trips to the DMV and about 10 phone calls to PNC and your old creditor to try and fix it.We worked with Cynthia and it was disappointing. We will be moving all of our accounts out of PNC.
