Horrible warranty and customer service. We purchased a new mower Sunday. The mower is faulty and continues to turn off. Called Tuesday to see my options. Not only does it take over a week to receive a replacement, they were wanting to send me a SLIGHTLY USED replacement AND pay shipping \\u0026 handling. A brand new item that was purchased less than 2 days from the phone call. Horrible. First and last item we buy from WORX or this company.

I purchased a cordless pressure washer at Lowe's online from WORX. The information showed that the unit would draw water from a bucket and spray. I received the unit and was going to use it as part of my pressure washing company to rinse off remote furniture, where my hoses would not reach. It failed to draw the water from the hose. I went back, reread the instructions and, again, tried to use the unit, it failed to draw the water.I sent a message to the company stating my problems and they suggested I hook it up to a hose!! I did not need a unit to hook to a hose, I needed it to draw from a bucket, like it was advertised.After getting no where with the company, I returned the unit to my local Lowe's for a refund. Never again will I buy anything WORX branded.

This company is corrupt. They have all negative reviews on Amazon deleted to make their product look good. They contest your review to say that their product is authentic when that is not the subject. Read their reviews on Amazon and discover for yourself. The leaf blower is not a turbine but rather a design that looks like a turbine function to trick us customers, when infact, it is just for looks, hence the name turbine. It is just a hollow tube that has a fan that pushes air. Not powerful and really loud. It is light weight and has a short battery life.

A horrible company to work for … management needs to be reevaluated. The rules they have in place contradict one another. Don’t ever speak up for your self or you will be punished!

My experience has been nothing but positive. Not only have they provided tool designs that are highly functional, when there have been issues regarding damaged shipping, or even damage I created... I got a new tool, no question. Even under covid rules, they've been great on customer service.

In all my years of dealing with service companies, by far Positec ranks as the absolute worst service department ever. In a nutshell, I sent in my Landroid for a board battery replacement (Its a small round battery that keeps the time/date on the machine) The company sent it back about 6 weeks later with new blades, but forgot to replace the board battery. I sent it in again, received it back in about 6 weeks and was told they sent me a reconditioned model, because the blade motor was no good. It didn't look reconditioned and I really didn't care as long as the battery was replaced so I could set a schedule. This time, they sent it back with out the blade guard, blade plate, blades and round, metal cap that holds the blade plate.I contacted Positec again, they sent those items out within a couple days. Once I installed the missing parts back on the machine, I set it up for charging and set the time/date. Next morning, the machine showed 01/01/2011. They NEVER INSTALLED THE BOARD BATTERY! (The battery that I originally sent it in for) They put a new one in the box that was sent to me, but never installed it. To install this battery is almost a complete breakdown of the machine. I don't know if their techs are lazy or stupid? I refuse to send it in a third time. By the way, they also dont spend any time or money repacking your machine. I sent mine in wrapped in bubble wrap, they sent it back to me in the same box, same bubble wrap. You'd think this company would have a more professional image for shipping items back. Absolutely lousy service.

........I wanted to order more "Worx" spools from this company , which owns "Worx" weed trimmers and battery powered lawn equipment, and when I called customer service to order, for no reason at all , a customer service person named "JAKE" disconnected the call, and I will assume he is a lazy ,useless employee...............However, I will be returning my "Worx " weed trimmer" immediately back to "Home Depot", and purchasing a better quality brand that is also lower priced.

.......I will never purchase any products from this company again.............their electric weed trimmers are not only substandard and very "weak"............they have very poor power.......I see their is no quality in their products, as well as their "Employees" they hire.......That being said , their customer service is "hideous"................ customer service associates will hang up the phone on you .........that is guaranteed........Again their "Worx" weed trimmers and many of their battery powered devices are very weak......and very low quality.

I changed over all my battery tools to Worx-Positec in 2020. Could not be happier. At last count I have 11 tools, including their small snow blower, which does a great job on Vermont snow. I broke a clamp on their Pegasus folding workbench. Tried to buy a replacement, but customer service simply sent me a replacement workbench! Over the top customer service. Nicely designed power tools. I recommend them!
