What an amazing school. Professional, caring, warm environment for my little Girl. We will forever be grateful for the experience we had from Primrose. Thank you all.

Our family joined Primrose in 2020, and it has been a wonderful experience for our two boys. They always looked forward to seeing their teachers and friends at morning drop off, and they would alway complain if we pick them up too early. I feel like our children were well prepared for their transition into elementary school, so we are grateful to have found a preschool that fostered their love of learning in a family friendly environment.

We have had one or the other of our children at Primrose for almost 5 years. We can not say enough good things about the school! Even after moving to the other side of town, we still drive 20 mins each way to being our daughter here. We have looked at other schools closer to home, and they ALL pale in comparison. The dedication of the teachers and staff radiates throughout the school. Operationally, the school is always consistent, which is such a huge benefit as busy parents. They create a great family atmosphere that helps give back to the community and pulls people together. I could go on and on...10/10!

By far the best place I’ve ever worked at. The leadership team makes teachers feel heard and validated. They are always there to help. I’m relocating soon and so sad to be leaving primrose school of south Charlotte. My boys have loved being there and have learned so much. Highly recommend for employment and childcare.

My son attended this place for 4 months but never adjusted. There was constant yelling from the teachers with the children when I went to pick up my child. He complained of others kids hitting him but no one reported it to me. He also came home once with a bathroom accident, but no one changed him or informed me. When I tired to communicate my concern through the school app my messages were deleted and I was told they never received them. They were rude when confronted on the phone and offered no solution to resolved our concerns. I would not recommend sending your child here.

My two boys have been at Primrose since they were both 6 weeks old. My oldest son is now in the transitional kindergarten program. At 5 years old he is reading, completing multiple step math problems and telling us all about the STEAM projects he does daily! He is beyond ready for kindergarten already. My youngest son is currently 2 and in the Early Preschool classroom. We expressed that we were considering having him evaluated for speech due to him not saying as many words as we expected him to be. After expressing these concerns, the teachers took time to really encourage his language development. At his most recent well visit, his pediatrician was blown away with the progress! Primrose has been a huge blessing to our family!

My children have been going to Primrose of South Charlotte for around 6 months now and they truly love it! They love all the teachers that they’ve had and there is a great culture throughout the building. You can feel the positivity when you walk in. I would highly recommended Primrose of South Charlotte!

This school has been my child’s 2nd home since he was 4-months old. He is now in Pre-K (4-years old) and will be graduating from Primrose in the summer. The staff and teachers are exceptional, professional and above all, caring! They treat your child as if they are their own. ? ? ?The children are in a structured learning environment, which is a top priority for me. My 4-year old is brilliant compared to children his age or that go to other types of “daycares.” He plans to be a superhero doctor (perhaps sports medicine ?) and study at Harvard when he grows up…? This dream/goal of my little guy is fostered and encouraged by the teachers and staff. As a result, he LOVES school and cries on weekends when he can’t go to school. At Primrose, he can be ANYTHING he wants to be when he grows up. ? Essentially, my little guy will be adequately prepared for school next fall!Additionally, the staff and student body are diverse and nicely mirror the community we live in. I LOVE LOVE this about the school! Diversity is incredibly important for a child to grow, develop and assimilate properly in the world we live in! ???????THANK YOU, Primrose for being the heart and soul of our lives for the past 4-years. Graduation will be filled with mixed emotions of both joy and sadness. You are all the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! ?❤️?❤️?

We enrolled our toddler here and let them know that she has sensory processing problems and a speech delay (she is on the spectrum) and told them we were nervous about enrolling her because she has a history of biting. They made us feel like there was nothing to worry about and told us that if it became a problem we would discuss it and come up with a plan on how to address it. After attending the school for 7 days, they kicked her out with zero warning saying they "cannot accommodate her". There wasn't a discussion about ways to help, they didn't even give her enough time to adjust and for the teachers to learn how to help her as an individual. Children aren't robots and they aren't all the same, they all have unique needs and should be treated fairly. They didn't even try and made us feel awful about the entire situation. We had no idea there was a big enough issue that they were considering withdrawing her after less than 2 full weeks with them. I saw a review from a few years about not enrolling if your child has any type of special need because they won't be treated equally, well I guess nothing has changed. Shame on this school and the owners for letting this happen the way it did without any care about our daughter whatsoever.

Extremely rude customer service ... Beyond rude. I went there to have a tour to admit my kid ... One of the parents left the door open and anyone could go into it easily without supervision... I stayed out by the door till someone showed up and I told her that I wanted to tour the school, the lady told me I needed to call, so called and booked an appointment and it was a virtual tour and got cancelled on the tour day 30 minutes ahead.Called them multiple times to give me another tour or info ... No one could get back to me .. and the lady was extremely rude on the phone ... Do not send your kids to a school where the door stays open and no one can see that...

I cannot say enough about the amazing people at this Primrose location. We moved from Oklahoma and Primrose has been so supportive to us and our 5 month old. They are always willing to discuss our son and what they can do to help. They follow whatever we ask of them and are great at communicating. We look forward to having our son in their care for as long as possible!

We had to move our children’s daycare due to new job and location constraints. Even going from one primrose to another there is a significant difference. Ownership is so involved and the teachers truly care about the kids. We have been here over a year, and have never had concerns. They are always willing to discuss anything and throughout this pandemic have made us feel like our kids are safe and thriving!

Worse experience I could have had with my twins. We opted out due to allergies and this is how I could see how badly and dangerously they manage the food to kids. More than 5 cases in a few weeks were my kids were either not given their food (hungry kids for hours), managed their food very poorly, or given them food they were allergic to. No apologies in any case, just excuses and new rules made up each time.

I love my sons school. The teachers and office staff are amazing. I was nervous when I moved up to North Carolina, but the school made it an easy transition for both us and our son! Thank you for everything!
