I rarely write reviews, but after my experience with ProSource of Charlotte, I feel like I have no choice. I am beyond frustrated and completely dissatisfied with the service—or rather, the lack of service—I’ve received from this company.
On April 7th, I ordered and paid for one cabinet base, and was told by their representative that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Fast forward to, May 7th, and it’s now over 4 weeks, and I still have nothing. I’ve now been told the new estimated arrival date is June 10th, which is yet another 4 weeks away. That’s more than two full months from the original order date. I could have gone with another company that guaranteed a 4-week turnaround, but I chose to give ProSource a shot, trusting they’d keep their word. That trust was clearly misplaced.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication. I had to chase them down just to get an update—no calls, no emails, no apologies, no explanation. Once they had my money, it was like I no longer matter. Meanwhile, my kitchen is completely out of service, and because of that, my family of five have no place to cook or prepare meals. We are forced to eat out every single day, and the added cost is quickly racking up to hundreds of dollars—all because ProSource couldn’t deliver on a basic timeline and didn’t have the decency to keep me informed.
This delay is more than an inconvenience—it's a major disruption to our lives and finances. I went out of my way to support a local business, but after this experience, I’ll be doing everything I can to warn others.
If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, STAY AWAY FROM PROSOURCE OF CHARLOTTE. They have shown zero accountability, and I will never do business with them again.

We could not be more pleased with the design team at ProSource. Lisa and Marc we so easy to work with! They were respectful of our budget. They listened to our needs and desires for the project. They asked a lot of great questions and came up with several ideas which we incorporated into the final plan. When we made changes, they were flexible. At every step of the process it was obvious that they wanted us to be thrilled with the outcome.
Even when things went sideways, as they sometimes do, Lisa remained engaged and gave us good guidance and saw us through the rough spots. That's the real sign of a quality vendor, not how they are when it all goes according to plan, but when it doesn't.
The project came out better than we could have imagined and I cannot recommend Lisa, Marc and ProSource strongly enough!

ProSource, and specifically our sales rep, Marc, have been a real asset to our business. Marc really works hard to find the correct materials for our customers and often can set up options at different price points for them to choose from. He seems to always be available and is quick to return messages and produce invoices so people can see how much things cost. We have had no warranty claims with materials purchased at ProSource and things are delivered to their warehouse on time so we can keep our jobs on schedule. I look forward to a great 2025 working together with ProSource.

Thomas is a best salesman i ever work with and I’m in the renovation business for last 18 years in Charlotte so I tried a lot of different stores. ProSource is also a very good company, excellent customer service, great products and competitive pricing. Overall if you’re planning do do home improvement projects, that is the place to stop by and check their products.

I bought LVP flooring from pro source. The flooring is coming up all over the place in my house. I began a manufacturer claim back in May. I have answered email questions and filled out a form with the same questions for the manufacturer in regards to the floor issue. Is now been half a year and there’s been no progress in fixing the problem. ProSource handles the manufacturer claim on my behalf. It is now November. This is an absolutely absurd amount of time for a claim. I now cannot get anyone to contact me back. I have worked in the construction industry, as a contractor, for 18 years and would never use pro source again.

My contractor purchased a large kitchen cabinet shell and doors there about a month ago. I was looking to order some handles that matched the other kitchen Aristokraft cabinets. Spoke to Samantha who requested an email with details. Sent the email shortly after and received no reply so called to follow up a couple days later in case email not received, etc… Was told it would be handled that afternoon. Decided to give it some time but unfortunately received no communication after a week and a half. Called again to follow up. Was told Samantha was with a client and to leave a message. No call or email received by the end of the day. At this point, negative review well earned and time to move on.

I ordered EVP for my kitchen remodel. Floor turned out beautiful and the material is amazing. Liked the results so much I just placed an order for the same plank for the rest of the house. Todd (Sales Manager) is great. I strongly recommend ProSource of Charlotte for any flooring requirements.

I was shopping for some unique bathroom tile for my renovation. I had searched the internet high and low only to find false phone numbers, out of inventory, or the tile had to be special ordered. Lot of hoax going on out there. I made phone calls to places that immediately I could tell the CSR was ignorant of the business they supposedly were in. Watch out for those “super stores”. What a crock.
Anyway I decided to call locally Prosource of Charlotte. Todd answered and immediately the professionalism was evident. He said let me see if I can find the three tiles you are looking for. Not only was he able to locate the tiles but his prices were on the money. In 15 minutes I had my tile secured, a well prepared estimate made, and the deal paid for. Todd took care of my business and saved me time and money. I will recommend Todd to all of the subcontractors I run in to. You can count on that. Thank you!
