So i just wanted to let anyone who reads this and public storage corp. Know how lucky they are to have someone like Kim wprking for them. I buy alot of units thru auction and hands down Kim has been the most helpful,understanding and accommodating of any facility I have worked with. Customer service.... she should be training other employees at public storage on what customer service is. Give this woman a raise and let her do her thing there cuz she has it. Thank you Kim for all your help!

I believe my storage was robbed of my jewelry. I could definitely tell someone had been in my storage. Bags ripped open when they threatened to auction my stuff when I was late, but once I emptied my storage I noticed quite a few things missing. One of my rings I had for 30 yrs. Shame in them

Clean and ready to store your stuff . Would highly recommend checking this place out. The down side .I think there are people living inside the place .kinda disturbing.

I’ve been to a few store age units and I gotta say this maybe the most cleanest one if been too...there was an young lady there by the name Kim I believe ,she was so nice and curtsy even before I gotten there because we’ve talked on the phone prior.

Kim has great customer service and helps with all the duties around the premises that helps the business function which helps the customers a bunch with their daily matriculation in and out of the location

I had an issue with my lock on my storage last month and Ms. Kimberly went out her way to help me solve the issue.
Everytime I come up here, she's helpful and kind even with a mountain of work to do.
