We drove for over 11 hrs with a full truckload and waited for hours for someone to come to the door. While we were waiting, 2 other customers left that had been waiting before us.No one was in the office for HOURS! Called customer service multiple times with no luck on getting someone in the office to rent a unit. Then was told by the last agent I spoke with that this location is “by appointment only” but there is nothing listed on the website or at the office stating this. Customer service kept pushing for us to go ahead and purchase a unit without even being able to go in and look at what size we need!Horrible experience and I will make sure no one wastes their time or money at this place.

Top notch establishment! It comes with a story. Was taking my 4 wheeler for a tuneup and on the way I got a flat tire on my trailer. I pulled in to the storage unit to ask if I could park my trailer and 4 wheeler in the parking lot while I went to get a new tire. As I entered the front door I noticed how clean and orderly everything was. The employees were warm and welcoming. They even went above and beyond and invited me to park my trailer behind the fence where it would be safe while I was gone. What a blessing Brittany, Tim and Mitchell are. Hats off to you guys.

The service at this facility is non existent. Offices are closed and unnatended during business hours. Signs on the door saying "we'll be back." Manager never returns calls or voicemails.Tonight I drove an hour one way to drop off a truckload of belongings and my access code wouldn't open the gate during approved hours. Called customer service and they confirmed my code and attempted to reset the key pad. It didn't work. They reached out to the regional manager with no response leaving me to drive an hour back with a full truckload.The last time I was here there were abandoned puppies in the climate controlled building where my unit is located. Before that the office was closed and locked in the middle of the day for five hours.Save your money and store your belongings elsewhere.

My experience with my Public Storage is ,and has been awesome. They treat me like more of a friend, but on a professional level. The place is always clean and in order, and staff is always friendly and accommodating. Glad I chose this location.

Kayla at the Mt. Holly locations was so helpful with my complicated move-out move-in situation. She is always so polite and eager to help. Top notch customer service today is obsolete but not with her!

Wow where do I start I’m a newcomer to North Carolina and Brittany was awesome (as well as her team) from start to finish. She was very pleasant and informative as well as professional. Brittany continue to do your thing girl and Thanks for everything. I feel very comfortable leaving my things in your facility. Just for notation because I have read the previous comments my overhead is opened and damaged I reported to Brittany just because someone can get in without tampering with the lock she also made note of it.

Worst storage unit on the face of the earth the app sucks the gates and elevators are slow from the customer service number to the management down to the people that work the desk are trash my account is paid in full I have my personal lock on the unit I have 2 days to get my stuff out and they put a overlock on my unit Terrible experience 20 out of 10 would never do again

The confirmation email took 4 tries to finally work for electronic access and kept forwarding me to call the front desk which was a lost cost for convenience. Didn't work until I arrived. Getting someone on the phone to get help was a fail probably due to staffing issues. After waiting outside, the rep came to unlock the door and walked off without pushing the door open.or saying anything at all.That was different lol. I used public storage because I occupied a space at a different location last year and I already had the required lock. Just to get there and find out that I still had to buy another lock which I could've known if the rep I scheduled with had that information but he didnt. Then I saw units with the lock I used last yearalong with this new lock. Lol basically feels like a rip off. It took 5 minutes to get the lock to work. I regret choosing this location, it wasn't a welcoming experience.
