Came in to see a unit for my sister who is moving in October. Sallie took me and showed me a 10x10 and waited till I figured out if the apartment will fit. She assured me the stuff would fit but I had to measure for myself. Keep smiling Ms. Sallie

Very bad service. I made the reservation on the website at 9:00 am, came to the office at 10:00 am, and waited until 11:35 am, and nobody showed up at the office. I went home, called back to make sure someone was working in the office, and they scheduled me an appointment for 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:20 pm, and at 2:40 pm I called customer service. They didn’t resolve anything for me. In the end, the only thing they told me was that the unit was no longer available… They made me waste part of my day with no solution 😒 Misleading offers—when you go, they offer you something different and more expensive.

I was trying to call this location this morning but somehow got sent to the derita location. Manager there still was able to help answer my questions about moving out. Margie is great at her job and makes it seem like a pleasure to help me. Thanks so much!
