Sold my unit right after Christmas!!!! No one is ever at the property to get assistance. Horrible ruthless insensitive company. I will never go here or advised anyone to go to that location.

The place is ok been there for almost 3 years but the fees, upcharge rent, liens & additional fees are ridiculous. I'm glad to be moving out soon. Overpriced & customer service is mediocre if you can reach an actual person. They don't really care.

Workers are super rude and property manager is the rudest one of all was rude when I was there then I called later that day to ask for the girls name and told me none of my F-ing business and hung up on me

Clean. Seems to be a challenge to reach the front desk on the weekends. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for a response for my code for getting inside....fortunately, after traveling 250 miles, I figured out how to obtain it on my own after an 1.5 hours or so. Come prepared, and if you scootch in on someone else's open code, remember you also need the code to leave ??...don't do it (no, I didn't do that, a friend reminded me).Fortunately, the one orange cart for the building was available (and pretty dirt-ay?), but so helpful. The cost of my bin has almost doubled in price since COVID, but then again, it has been a thus far uneventful, clean, safe place to keep belongings (may that contine) and for that I am grateful. Thank PS.

All was good until my unit was broken into after the security checks (inside job whether it be tenant or management). Now I am trying to f/u on my case, and there is no information, no f/u, and no one ever seems to be in the office. According on the detective working on my case, he has been over the office several times and NO ONE is ever at the office, nor has Corporate return his calls.Who runs a business like this?

Miranda was exceptional and delivered first class, white glove service.She was very personable,knowledgeable and efficient.I would highly recommend her for leadership training if possible. This way she could train other individuals on how to deliver the same type of service excellence she is capable of.Hope this was helpful..ThanksMarty

PS is a trap!! They only accept payments on the 1st of the month!! Everyone doesnt get funds on the 1st of the month. This so you WILL MOST LIKELY BE PAYING A LATE FEE.They gave me a number to call to try to address this bad practice, but this "Customer Service" number is a joke!!! No one ever answers it!! Now besides the $33 per month late fee, they are putting" a lein" on the storage ?

Paid storage fee unable to open storage door on 1/9 no one in office at 11:30 am to assist asked another customer who was waiting outside was informed representative at desk is rude not helpful and left desk locked door mid day and was rude when they asked her for assistance

Everytime I go up there to see about sizing on storages the door is always locked . I called the property manager twice and left 2 voice messages no call back. When I called the third time after an hour I was given attitudes for no reason. She kept stating that they close at 6 after I kept telling her that I come there all the time and the door is closed . I’m definitely thinking about cancelling my reservation now

I have been disappointed with this location's services and customer services since day one ! I was recently lied to on pricing (what my rent pricing would be) and tried addressing this matter with management and never heard anything back for a resolution ! Please DO NOT rent a storage space with this company unless you want to be cheated out of your money and look forward to poor management skills
