I am a current Publix Pharmacy customer in from out-of-town and needed a medication filled. They "aren't taking new patients." What pharmacy isn't taking new patients?!Do better, Publix.

The best, most reliable and affordable pharmacy in Charlotte. Sarah and the rest of the pharmacists never fail to be consistently friendly, and easy to work with. I drive 25 min to get my medication refilled here each month and and it’s always a breeze. For those with ADHD, getting medication each month usually means jumping through hoops, and dealing with pharmacists who are jaded, rude, and overworked. This pharmacy is a breathe of fresh air and has gotten rid of that monthly hassle for me. 11/10 recommend.

They screwed a simple refill request. The male pharmacist working on 11/14/22 has major passive aggressive issues. He's in the wrong business. When he finally fixed the issue, he pretended not to, so I waited around another hour while he gloated wasting my time on purpose - what a j**** Then he acted like I should be appreciative when I finally got my meds. (DOB 06/21/65 fmg). Before that, they filled a prescription w the completely wrong meds - barely caught that screw up - whew! Lately this place is going down fast.

Outstanding pharmacy. Excellent personal service. One example: Sarah (one of the two pharmacists . . . the other is Brian) called me 15 minutes after I left the doctor. She said the Rx they transmitted was expensive and she said even going Generic and searching discount cards she couldn't get it lower than $124. She offered to call the doctor and check on other meds. Two hours later she had gotten approval and had a $25 script ready. Both Sarah, Brian, and the techs are amazing. This is not the first or even second time they have spotted a problem and called me. I will never go anywhere else.

If you order from the deli be prepared to wait. Order your sub online if you want them to actually make it, they will ignore you in person.

Publix has amazing customer service. There is always someone available to help and their knowledge of their inventory is impressive. Publix really has everything I need. Watch out for traffic in this area, but it's worth it. if you're short on time they also have online ordering and curbside pickup/delivery.

High quality but pricey. Decent selections. I hate any 0lace where I hace to park in a parking garage but atleast you can always find a space. The elevators from the garage are the largest I have ever seen so no issues getting a cart into it.

Went to the Deli and they didn't have not 1 rotisserie. The wait was 45 minutes long for 1. So I got chicken strips instead. The guy (Jarmes) was very rude and when I told him I wanted ranch from back there he got an attitude and said he would have to charge me. I said do whatever you need to do. He said he would charge me for ranch for 2 chicken strips. Beyond petty. I've never been charged before. Seems like he was just doing the most and normally I would recommend this location but I'm very keen on customer svc so I won't be going back again.

This is the second time I've been to Publix to get a sandwich in the morning and the service is so subpar. I am currently waiting 10 minutes to even get started. The mornings aren't really that great if you want a sandwich.

Really sad that you can't leave tips for the barista at the Starbucks! She was SO great.

What has happened to this Publix. It's like they have no management whatsoever. I've only been here for a little while and it's a huge Deterioration. Went in last night with one register open. Most of the people who shop here are not shopping for themselves. Insta whatever. Figure out a way to accommodate all. This is the future Publix. You have 8 or more registers sitting idle. I never get a hello anymore. After only 4 months. This used to be an easy place to shop. Southline Publix is no longer a pleasure.

I eat from your deli hot bar a couple times a week as do my coworkers. For the past month we have visited less and less because you "ran out" of ketchup weeks ago and give everyone lip service about it when asked. it's literally cents a packet, if its that big an issue for you guys have your employees distribute the packets with the order just like when they offer you a roll with your order. Same thing with the 2oz fillable dressing cups at the salad bar. They were there then

I'm not sure what is going on with the South Blvd location but it is slipping fast. I have been shopping here since I moved to the area. It's not the cheapest by any means but their customer service as made up for it in the past. I used their online service last week and the produce selections were not worth eating. I choose to go back to shopping in store this evening. That may have been my last time there. I stood within a couple feet of a stocker in the produce without being greeted. The final straw was when I went to the checkout, there was only one register open with no bagger. After waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes. I got out of line and left my cart with a lady who was just talking to a male coworker. If I wanted to be ignored like that I would go to Walmart or Aldi's where I would at least invest less money.
