Ordered Thanksgiving dinner package with 4 sides for 1st time. Was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Turkey was not too dry, mashed potatoes nice and creamy, stuffing and gravy delicious. Would do it again. Was great value for cost of 69.99.

This is the worst experience I've encountered at a grocery store. My first trip, I spent $15 on Envy apples and got home and cut into a couple and it turns out all were spoiled on the inside and unconsumable. The cornbread muffins I purchased molded two days later despite the date saying they were safe to eat. The second trip was for a pickup order via Instacart. I pulled into the parking lot and then another car pulled up to park beside me. Shortly after, an employee brought the order out of the other person and didn't even acknowledge me or ask who I was. I hopped onto my laptop to notify the app that I had arrived and for some reason it wouldn't accept it and said I had to do it from my phone. Long story short....I waited for 20-25 minutes while several employees walked back and forth past my car several times. Finally, I hopped out once I spotted yet another employee and told her my name, etc. Still, it took her 10-15 additional minutes to bring out my 6 bags. She didn't care about me telling her my experience and acted as though it wasn't even a big deal.

The deli associates at this location need training desperately. They are very slow, ( even when not busy) and they don't know how to wait on people in order.

I like Publix. I am in between this Publix and the one in Fort Mill off of Gold Hill Road. I prefer this Publix as it has self check out registers and the one in Fort Mill does not. I came here after visiting Harris Teeter across the street when they did not have a couple of items that I needed. Another reason I like to shop at this Publix vs. the one in SC - right across from HT so you have two close options if one is out of something. I shop at both equally as they both have their advantages and disadvantages. I came here on super bowl Sunday and they were busy but they were well staffed to have many people around to help assist anyone. So fantastic service at this one! I've really found them helpful at any location I've been to. My only issues with Publix - which is not this location, just Publix in general: -When you want a basket, why do you have to go to certain points in the store to pick one up. Why is it that no Publix keeps their baskets right with the carts or directly when you enter into the store?? -I appreciate the willingness of baggers wanting to help people take out their groceries, but I would like it if they would start to ask if they can help take the groceries out instead of saying I'll take these to your car for you. I don't need help with 1-2 bags! Another reason why I like having self checkout, just to avoid the back and forth of them trying hard to assist me. Just let me say no once and move onto the next customer! Overall, recommend.

This grocery store is the closest one to my home and I go there often. The store is large and has an open feel. It is also spotless and the staff is generally very pleasant. It can be over priced on some of its items but that something you are aware of when you enter the store. In order to keep the store nice, well stocked and well lit, you are going to pay a little bit more. If you ever go to the store and find a woman giving you a taste of the recipe of the day, be sure to try it. I find that they usually select easy option style recipes and they prepare them well. The server is very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the meal that she prepared. The only area in which I have seen an employee that may have been less than stellar was at the customer service counter. This grocery store is an asset to the neighbors in this community.

Publix is ok but they always seem to have a limited supply of fresh items in the vegetable isle and when they run out, you have to go to another store. Love the free samples and wine selection.

This review is for the deli. Today we bought three of the premade subs. Although they were just put out, the bread used to make them was not fresh. It was so hard that it was inedible. The lettuce used was browned and wilted. One of the subs even had a piece of hard plastic between the bread and the very sparse lunch meat. While most of the time the customer service is better than the Harris Teeter across the street, and it is easier to get in and out of, the food definitely is not as fresh and that is across all departments. I think I'll stay with Harris Teeter. The minor inconveniences are worth having fresh food to feed my family.
