When I lived in Cotswald I'd alternate between going here and the Harris Teeter across the street depending on what I needed. A great selection of foods (loved getting the chicken wings) and fair prices. Parking can be a little awkward since the store is above the parking lot, but its an interesting to go to a two story Publix.

This is a fun Publix.... There is a parking deck beneath the store and the store entrance is on the 2nd story. Kinda fun!

Great variety of groceries if you are looking for different brands. The bakery is my favorite with all their cake selections. The Instacart feature that has been added can be tricky if you prefer to pick up in store while doing shopping. The text notification wanted to meet us in the parking lotas the only option, but when we went to the backery the staff said they didn't have a cake by that name. Plan ahead to pick up separate or hopefully the Publix app powered by Instacart gets better with a pick up in store option. Otherwise the food aside always will come back.

This Publix is the store for Me from the moment I come through the door nothing else but excellent customer service. The pharmacy is above all other promises that I've experienced. After my first prescription that I had filled there The staff recognized who I was and Andrew knew my name after the first prescription and I tell you they have been my pharmacist ever since. I drive by 2 Publix stores just to come to Cotswold. Kudos to all of employees there, especially the pharmacy.

I'll never visit this store again. This popular Publix store design for a postage stamp of property is fraught with all kinds of issues. Today one garage entrance was closed, so all the cars were driving around to the other side where an angry Publix truck driver was trying to do the impossible backup on a narrow road into the bay and all the detouring cars were blocking his maneuver. I was unable to exit south on Randolph, so I had to go north to go south. Also the elevator door just about knocked me to the floor when I entered. For my safety, I used the stairs on the trip back down. Terrible grocery store design, and more of these are being built as we speak. Not going to another store like this to pay the maximum price for groceries while the company builds on the smallest properties in a densely populated metropolitan region.
