wow this publix is so really big compared to the florida ones i live there and wow i never experienced a publix this huge right next to it there is some stores they have under ground parking and the publix has a starbucks it’s pretty much a normal publix in florida but the parking and stores do all the work

I ordered 2 pickup sandwiches on-line after work on a Tuesday evening. I arrived at the store a few minutes early to pick up some fresh chips and a 2-liter to go with my pre-ordered sandwiches. I rounded the corner from the back isle to see the regular line around the deli, and was excited to see some orders ready to be picked up. I saw my sandwich but the meatless turkey was nowhere to be found. An associate helped me out. "I guess we should have called you, seems our supplier...", I turned and walked away in the middle of his apology. You see, this wasn't the first time this has happened to me at that store. Mr. Guy blamed it on the supplier, but I don't think that is acceptable. Why is the unavailable sandwich available on the web site? Why was I not immediately called when the ticket came in? Why did I have to wait 30 minutes to be told my wife will have to find something else to eat? That parking lot sucks! Seems to be a bigger problem than the supplier, there Mr. Guy. Thanks for nothing Publix.
they did have a big fresh looking bag of utz i was excited about but ended up leaving behind.(2stars)

Michael from Dairy and Grocery department was so helpful and literally made sure I got everything from my shopping list, from getting my Swiffer to getting my eggs, awesome!

I cannot brag about this location enough. Pre-ordered thanksgiving meal, Ms Liz in the catering department was so busy. I've never seen this story this busy ever. On her way back, almost running, Ms Liz came around a corner and ran into a cart someone had left behind. She hit it so hard, it literally made me cringe. She stopped, took a deep breath, and then jumped right back in. I made sure to notify her manager, who immediately checked on her and sent her to take a well deserved break! From start to finish, a true 5 star experience!!!

Love the Publix Catering! It was such a lifesaver for a work event! We will be utilizing their catering more often. If you haven’t already grab a catalog! They offer soo many different platters and meals. I will be using them for my upcoming Christmas party.

Best place for groceries this side of town I'd say. Better prices than Harris Teeter, friendlier staff and covered parking is nice. Wine selection is pretty good too.
