I am so glad we found QC Signs & Graphics! Their work did not disappoint! Michael worked with us to make sure he answered all of our questions and gave examples of what to expect. The finished product is exactly how we envisioned our sign to be. We love it! They did other signs for us as well and were very happy with all of our orders.

We were in a time CRUNCH when the company we had spoken with did not tell us explicitly that they would not be available next day, or for a month +. I called 5 places and QC Signs came CLUTCH! They worked with their overnight team, scheduled, and came out to our facility. They were precise, smooth, and adapted very well. Their price was affordable even with the short notice and their night team!
I look forward to using them in the future!

I've had a terrible experience with Michael, the owner. They didn't know how to submit permits for their signs and left it to us, the customer to desperately follow up with the city to see where our permit was. Only to find out it had never been properly submitted.
After waiting an unfair amount of time for that situation to be rectified, they finally installed our signs and did not do the contracted painting that was part of the job. So our signs look terrible. It's been weeks and this hasn't been fixed.
If you're looking for a sign company, I recommend staying away from this unprofessional, detail lacking company. Michael will let you down.

Michael helped us produce and install signage on the side of a high rise building for Northeastern University ... the signage abutted the CAT (transit).. which made it unbelievably challenging from a permitting, logistics and install standpoint. He and his team at QC were incredible ... they stayed with that project until every detail was taken care of for a successful install!!!

I've been working with Sherman for a few months to get signage together for a franchise location, and couldn't ask for a better Project Manager and installation team.
Communication before and during installs keeps my blood pressure down and Sherman has helped us keep all the wheels on the track through this busy season. I highly recommend QC Signs to get your signage done RIGHT!

I contacted QC three months ago from another state, and from my first point of contact to the end product they have been fantastic. Sherman, who is our project manager always answers his phone, returns messages and is always professional and courteous. The internal staff from answering the phones to answering questions about the materials and processes are extremely thorough and professional. Thank you all!PS. Our truck and trailer have been on the road for one week and we’re already receiving inquiries for our services.
