I had a blowout on the right rear tire of my truck and it caused a lot of damage. I called Ikon and they were about to get me in and work with my insurance company to repair my truck. They sent 2 emails a week let me know the status and I was able to get in back in 10 days. They were great to work with and did an excellent job in repairing it.

Ikon Collision is a great shop to get any and all collision repairs done. They make it really easy and take all the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company and keep you posted while doing it.
Getting in an accident is never any fun, but Ikon Collision sure did make it much easier and a lot less stressful.

I have used Independence Collision twice, for my cadillac and camero. I got 2 other estimates before using them and the pricing was comparable to 1 estimate and they were cheaper than the second estimate, so I can say the pricing was very fair. The quality of work was very good and I have no compliants for either car. I was very impressed with the customes service, very friendly and they went above and beyond to accomadate me. I would recommend them and would go back, although I hope I dont need to go back, because that means I had another crash LOL

They will use your insurance check for their own benefit before even doing repairs and lying about parts being on back order. Take a good look at their reviews. The new "5 star reviews" are all fake accounts with a 1 review history. Be diligent and don't let them take the money from your claim and have your car sitting in the body shop like my daughters car has been for the past 8 months! I call everyday and they either don't pick up or same story of parts on back order but when you call the dealer they tell you prts are there but they do not have money to pay for parts, hmm strange. They close early so you can not come in person after work. Actually read the reviews and you will see how many real reviews there are about how these people are just taking your check. God bless.

It took a while for my car to get fixed, but your going to have that issue no matter where you go. Independence auto repair took good care of me and always answered my calls when I asked for an update on when my car would be ready. They helped me get it fixed and did a great job repairing the car. Definitely recommend their shop.

My wife was in a fender bender coming home from work. The damage was very minor and was 100% cosmetic. Once we paid them for the new part we didn't hear from them for 6 MONTHS and every time we asked what was happening they responded with "We are waiting on parts". The only time we actually got a real response from them was when we filled a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and managed to get a small refund. No apology or anything.

By far the worst experience!! Owner Karessa has to be one of the most misleading individuals we have ever encountered. My husband got into a fender bender and she raved about how quickly and efficiently she would repair the vehicle. LIES!! They kept the truck for a month and towards the end of the ordeal we were promised each day that the car would be ready the next day. LIES!! If she was as focused on repairs as she was on inappropriately offering my husband rides, lunch, etc. maybe it would not have taken so long. I will be following up with our insurance company also as she did not repair everything outlined in the estimate for which she was paid (fraudulent) and I hope she is made to reimburse them. Subpar repairs and abysmal customer service coupled with deceptive communication are obviously the cornerstone of this business.

I called last minute around closing on a Friday and they were so accommodating and took my car in to replace my side mirror. They were able to fix it, within 2 hours on Monday which was amazing! I think they had a rough year with a change in management (hence the recent bad reviews) but I am happy to say that they are back on track and are great with communicating and very customer centered! Definitely will be back with any other of my car needs! They did an amazing job and in record time, better than any other place I have been to!

This was the one of the worst experiences of my entire life. Not only did I get into a car accident I had to deal with this company. I wish I had read the reviews prior to bringing my car here. They had my car for over four months. My car was driveable but they claimed it wasn't and my rental insurance ran out after 30 days. I had to call them any time I wanted an update. They continuously lied to me about my parts being on back order. Finally I called the dealership and they told me they could have the part in two days. After not so spiritually explaining this to the manager my parts were finally ordered. It still took them over a month to do the repairs which turned out mediocre at best. There is a bigger gap under my right brake light then my left. The seams don't line up correctly. They didn't put my splash guards back on or the letters they took off to paint my trunk. There are bolts just hanging. They left those on my passenger seat. Also they charged my insurance company 3 TIMES what the ESTIMATE was for and I still had to cover deductible. I would have taken my car back to get the mistakes but I was afraid I'd never get my car back. Do NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.Service: Body & Trim

My car has been at the shop for just over 6 months now. Only after 4.5 months was I able to get in contact with the “owner” and was given a sob story. Over the last month and a half, she has promised me that my car would be finished “in a week or two”. Every time I follow up, there’s another story and another time extension needed. My insurance has been no help in any of this, and it seems as if the shop and insurance are working together. “Lost/stolen money and checks” was the latest update. I am appalled that this business has not been investigated and shut down. I’m in town with an attorney and working on resolving this matter immediately. It seems I’ve been robbed.
