We've spent thousands over the years with Queen City and really like their selection and prices.

My shopping experience was easy and efficient - especially so as not all retailers carry Speed Queen products. Within 72 hours during the holiday season, I was able to select a new washer, place an order, and complete delivery and installation.

We had a great experience buying our kitchen (Range, fridge, dishwasher) and laundry appliances through Queen City. I'll update my review once I get the appliances delivered and installed. This review is based on my experience researching and buying through QC Appliances. We worked mostly with Xavier. He was informative, responsive, and enjoyable from start to finish. He probably spent over an hour with us in the showroom and then several emails and quotes before purchasing. Everything was straightforward and well-documented. Queen City is holding our appliances in their warehouse until we are ready for them. This is also a major benefit.

Cam is a rock star! My fridge went out Thursday night, I talked to Cam on Friday, we had a new fridge Saturday. He was professional, courteous, a problem solver, continued to keep me updated regarding delivery. Cam is the man!!

I just purchased a new 65" TV from this place and I'm happy as a clam. Kevin and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to sell me more than I or spend more than I could afford. I previously purchased a dryer in July 2021 when pandemic related supply chain problems were causing shortages but they had what I needed in stock with no delivery delays. Not only the sales staff but the entire team worked smoothly in concert which reflects on competent and effective management. I give the entire staff 5 stars, two thumbs up! Great job guys, keep up the good work.

I agree with the delivery service reviews... It sucks. They took my old washer and dryer and just dropped off the new ones. Didn't install the washer or dryer. Then they stole. $120 bottle of cologne from my bathroom. WTF?! Someone said it took less than 15 minutes to gain our business , seconds to completely destroy the confidence and the trust of Queen City Appliance. I can not recommend this company.

This was our second purchase from Queen City, and both times we found the entire process to be quick, effortless, and enjoyable. The sales process was easy and low-stress, with no added pressure. Kyle and Cam both took the time to answer our questions and research information about products. Prices were right in line with other stores with no big mystery fees. Delivery for both of our purchases was right on time, and the installers were professional and courteous. We will definitely return for our next appliance purchase.

Do not buy appliances from Queen City. They sell garbage appliances and they do not stand behind their products. In six months I’ve gone through three microwaves, a dishwasher and have an oven that does not work. We have had to take six days off from work to stay home and meet a repair guy. Queen City just keep giving me excuses why they cannot do anything to help me out. Even the manager KYLE is not willing to do a thing except say “gee, I really hate that this is happening to you”. Definitely do not recommend purchasing any appliances from them.My appliance repair guy said it’s a good thing. I purchased the five year extended warranty because I’m really going to get to know you well over these next five years. He said that KitchenAid is absolute garbage and he has to repair them all of the time. Contrary to what the people at Queen City told me that they never have issues with their KitchenAid products. salesman are always the biggest liars!

I bought a new smart/air fryer stove/oven on September 5th. I was helped by Xavier and the store manager. It was an easy purchase including financing and a convenient delivery date!

We had another great experience with Queen City Appliances! Kyle thoughtfully reviewed our options with us, and he even came out to the house to confirm some measurements. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

good luck getting someone to help you if you have an issue with your appliance. they just pass the buck back and forth between their sales and customer service teams and the manufacturer themselves. was told my GE range was irreparable and need to be replaced by a service tech on 5/17, and i still don’t have a new unit over a month later. i have called and left VMs for their customer service mgr, sam, every couple days over the past 2 weeks and she continues to ignore me. does anybody there even care?

Rick Webb of Queen City did an awesome job for us! In purchasing all new kitchen appliances, he guided us appropriately through the process. We purchased mostly LG, along with a Bosch dishwasher. He recommended a Frigidaire beverage fridge which worked out well. We even purchased a TV for the living room while there. Highly recommend Rick and this company!

We bought our washer from them because we had heard about their great customer service. We purchased the extended warranty which is through an outside company. The washer leaked water on the floor, and the warranty company sent a person out to "fix" it. The "window" they offer is 9 hours, and you need to be there when they show with no "I'm on my way call". Unless you work from home, you're taking a day off or for me 3 days off. It started leaking again two more times after a few months. The company now says they will not repair it and offered us a take-it-or-leave it offer of $400 for a replacement claiming less repairs (which is NOT part of the contact and for a machine that was never fixed in the first place). We paid $860 for the washer. Reached out to Queen City to see if they could help. The manager said that they would get right on it, and we would get a call from him personally within three days. He never called. Called the store again after 4 days and talked to someone who said they would follow up on it and call us back. He never called back. Finally heard from someone and got the washer replaced after two weeks. Great customer service??? I appreciate they made it "right" for us, but what a hassle and headache for a machine less than two years old when recently removed from our home and a warranty THEY sold us. Nothing for being without a machine for a couple weeks. Nothing for the damage to my ceiling. Nothing for being out of work 3 days on a lemon of a machine. Either pass on the "extended warranty" that is sold as being so great or look elsewhere.
