I would like to give a big shout out to Benito our delivery technician! Benito arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked very carefully and respectfully as he made this refrigerator delivery. He removed our old refrigerator and installed the new. He set up, completely unwrapped, leveled, tested the water function. He took his time to be sure all was to our liking.Highly recommend this man! Thank you Benito!

I called the store to inquire about a dryer. I knew the brand I wanted, but not the model I needed. They helped me identity what would work best for my needs, they knew their product and saved me a trip to the store. (And delivery the next day). Thanks DJ!

My buying experience with Winston's Queen City store has been EXCELLENT!My sales person Mr. JC Winkler was professional and knowledgeable about stoves. Delivery was prompt.However, I forgot to remove my Ninja never stick pans from bottom drawer of my old stove which was taken to dump.Mr. Winkler made calls to intercede but my stove was taketo dump.?.Then I received a call from the logisticsdepartment manager, Mr. Oliver Dickson in Charlotte. He was aware of my lost situation and wanted to resolve my issuehonestly and fairly. JC and Queen City were great. We initially ordered a new Bosch refrigerator but once it delivered, we realized it was too tall for the space (my fault). JC was very helpful with getting the unit credited. We were happy to find another fridge from Queen City and JC handled the special order from Viking and kept us apprised with the updates along the way. The fridge was even available earlier than expected and JC was able to push up the delivery. We will definitely work with JC and Queen City in the future.

We purchased a refrigerator from Queen City in W-S. J.C. Winkler was our salesman.J.C. was very helpful and didn't pressure us.He answered our questions and explained the different features and types of refrigerators they sell. It was so nice to have someone be willing to help you and not rush you. And Queen City had so much more in stock than the other stores. We are glad Queen City opened a store in W-S.
