Love Quick Trip. But these kids are incredibly lazy with the food. Biscuit and gravy was cold, looked gross, and had red "surprise" spots in it. Managers please make sure your cooks are better trained. My advise, save the money for Chick-fil-A right up the road.

The supervisor on the night shift on 11/30/24 was very disrespectful and I come everyday but never again I will be filing a complaint and encourage others no to go when that supervisor is there she was on her cellphone with 8 customers waiting and not good at customer service my name is Travis Ratliff

11/26/24 :Coming through town from SC so stopped for some food. Seems in N.C. portions are smaller-barely any mac and cheese in bowl. Would have been better off going to restaurant next door.

This is one of the dirtiest Quick Trip gas stations, the men's bathrooms are disgusting, just one of them, no matter how much they have the best investments in coffee equipment, they never serve, it is always messy, the attention of the very abusive employees, especially the women, I understand that They work overnight oh they come in very early but they forget that this is a job they are not here for free if their attitude and their gestures take away that desire even to stop by for a coffee let alone during rush hour that is a problem this company should stop do something especially station managers especially in this one because if you go to one near Matthews n.c everything is clean at least and a little more order will be due to the area where many people live economically better than those who live near the S Tryon st nc area I think it should be the service is the same if it is a franchise of this size

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this qt deserves one. I visit qt's everywhere and this one is at the bottom of the list. Employees need to be taught that your right to free speech ends when you clock in because you are now speaking on behalf of your employer and not yourself. Discrimination even if it's just making fun of a customer thinking they won't notice it IS discrimination. They know who they are and they should be fired.

Took a few drinks to the counter that were marked 7.99 clear as day. I get to the counter and he says $14.55. I tell him hey that’s not the price listed. He then ignores me and then when I ask him a second time after standing in front of the drinks he says they’re switching it around to make it right instead of honoring their mistake. Maybe I’m old school but I didn’t appreciate that whatsoever

Clean and cheap, this is the gold standard for gas stations and convenience stores in the Charlotte area. Wide pump area, lots of room for getting around other cars, plenty of parking. Inside, great choices for coffee and fixings, lots of eats and other drinks, all neatly arranged. And my favorite, a cashier that has a smile and understands the English language. Yay!Now if it was just 18 cents per gallon cheaper because of the higher North Carolina gas taxes, I'd be set!

Grossest QT I’ve ever been in! The bathroom was a mess! I’ve never seen a QT in this bad of shape! And the ice cream option was not available but wouldn’t want one from there anyway after seeing how gross the bathroom was!
