went to the Rainbow in Charlotte, North Carolina off of East independence. I bought my items March 14 & because the fitting room are always closed. I had to go home and try items and now I’m attempting to bring them back on March 15 with the receipt and original packaging and they are refusing to accept my returns. Yesterday, the manager reattach a tag for another customer that had no receipt and attempted to return at the incorrect store. Today I have the receipt & bag but the tag fell off and she is refusing to accept the return.

I was lied to and told I needed a original receipt as well as tags for a store credit. This is not what the receipt says....they just make things up

They’re always so professional and friendly when I shop at the Independence boulevard location, store is clean well kept and plenty of items to shop for, I always come out with more than I actually came for Lol…

The time is now 8:11pm. The sign says they close at 9 no notice to customers. Two women were in the store and didn't bother to acknowledge they were closed temporarily, or early for the night for whatever reason they just locked the store up earlier.

I've never felt so low and profile like today ,this white lady in rainbow is very race's and I'm gonna file a lawsuit against this store first off she locked me in the store talking store policy. Then technically called me a theft and refused to sell me like what the he ll. This was all because I told her I give her employee a bag with my stuff she refused to look for it or check on the camera...I've never seen nothing like this ever ..

Was searching for a lingerie item. They were out of stock for the size I was seeking. They mainly had C-DD and not the correct band size for what I needed at that time. Other than that, they have a great selection of jewelry, accessories, clothing, shoes, and items for plus sized women and children at a variety of the stores I have been at.

Very inconvenient because they don't have fittings rooms and rude workers .Cheap cloths if you are in a budget.

Please do not shop here we went into the store and a manager said I know this Bitxx did not just put the clothes there when is it ok to talk to customer like that so here we go Rainbow social medial is where you going to end up and talk to about negatively until we take action about this manager

I can today rainbow shop they change there stores hour and 10:24 am and the paper on the front of the store say 10am I went in and the lady told me the store is close I check now they are outside smoking a cigarette
