We have used Record Storage Systems for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. The process of filling and record retrieval is very convenient, and their staff has always gone out of their way to assist us in any way possible. We would recommend them without hesitation.

My employer uses Record Storage Systems for our monthly shred pickup service and I love them. Their service is super reliable and their staff is fantastic. We had problems with a previous company because they kept trying to come before our opening hours and then considering that our service for the month, but not RSS! They listened to exactly what we needed and developed a perfect schedule for us. They're even flexible when we have to move our regular pickup day around a holiday or need an extra shred bin for the occasional file clean out. AND they're less expensive and far more responsive than the other companies I've worked with or got quotes from. Absolute no brainer as best service provider for business shred needs. Highly recommended!
