I have used RGX for multiple rim types and the finished repair is always perfect. Recently had a polished aluminum rim with curb rash that was repaired WELL beyond my expectations. Very highly recommended, from an extremely particular car guy.

Worked with me to accommodate my schedule when setting an appointment. Overall experience was smooth. Only took about an hour and forty five minutes from the time I dropped it off to repair one of my wheels curb rash. Color match was on point, couldn’t even tell where it was originally without the tech pointing it out to me when I asked where it was. Front office even honored a coupon that was expired because they had it in the notes from when I previously scheduled! Would recommend!

Great quality service! Elijah performed my most recent repair. I asked my wife to locate where the rim had been repaired - couldn't do it. There was one other time they repaired a wheel on my corvette. It has a custom finish - outstanding repair.

My daughter hit a pothole this past weekend and managed to bend the inner bead on both the right front and rear OEM Alloy wheels. I began searching the internet to find replacements but also looked into having them repaired, although I felt as if they were beyond repair. I found RGX Rim Repair just 4 miles away from my job, so I thought I would at least get their opinion before I scrapped them. They not only told me that they could be repaired, they had it done by the end of that same day. Unbelievable!!!

Poor experience overall. The only positive is that they repaired my bent wheel, or so I think. But, it not only took much longer than they initially told me, but when they finished I had a TPMS sensor light going off in my truck. I drove all the way home thinking it would go away and it didn't. So I drove all the way back to ask them what happened. They said there was nothing they could do and that it would reset after I drove it more. So I left again.Well I'm writing this now from the service center at my dealership over a week later and they just told me there was no TPMS sensor in the wheel at all.Terrible attention to detail at this place. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.Update: RGX was very professional and understanding of my situation and I am happy to say they reached out to me and made up for my experience. Overall a good shop that made an honest mistake and I am glad it is corrected and ending on a good note.

Fantastic attention to detail fixing my damaged factory rim. Max did a perfect repair and paint job. Claudia, Tiffany and Anthony were a pleasure to work with. They really are the best at what they specialize in!!
