10 outta 10 recommendations!! I went into the shop one night before it closed initially looking for black rims but I ended up getting rims that matched my car perfectly , like it was meant to be. They were installed the next day. These guys were all professional , the shop had a comfortable area to chill at while my car was being worked on. My overall experience was top tier fasho! Anyone who wants an upgrade should know that the rimtyme fam will ensure you’re taken care of respectfully. Heads definitely turn when I pull up to the scene 100

I came in on 12/27/23 to get a back tired replaced. I had them to also check the tire pressure as well before I left. I went home and came back out the same night and noticed my front tire was flat at no fault of there's, the rims are older. I assumed I had a nail or something in the tire and needed the tire patched as it is fairly new. He explained that the tire air gauge was leaking and offered to replace it, he advised it would cost 10.00 but ended up not charging me or taking the tip. They treat there customers well and nice and very knowledgeable and respectful.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE PRODUCT THEY ORDERED FOR YOU.I went to Rim Tyme and they ordered, brake calibers for my car, when they recieved the calibers, they did not fit my car. Carlos told me he would need to call corporate to see what they wanted to do. He nevered called me, kept giving me the run around, two months later, I still haven't recieved my refund. I really don't understand why they refused to refund me, if they weren't about to provide me with the calibers they ordered for me.

Blew a tire on a broken curb that was sticking out on Central Ave around 6:20pm; Pitch black out already, with my 8yo son in the car. Had the flat off and donut on, and back on Central by around 6:40pm. By 6:42pm, I realize something's obviously not right as I'm tipping towards the donut. Donut looks flat... Definitely not based on the pressure though... And it's pulling like hell... I realize the donut that came with the car was WAY too small for the car, so not only was it riding low it was bottoming the donut out and trying to bear hug my brakes.Scramble, find SMARTWHEELS is open until 7pm and is right on Central Ave. Great. I'll slow roll to SmartWheels and beg them to use there last 10 minutes to slap a tire on. I'm there by 6:52pm. I know, I know, cutting it close. But phones off, doors locked, nothing but security lights on, not a car in sight. They clearly decided to randomly close early for the night (unless some emergency happened). After cussing their door out for a bit, I get back in, look for help, it's going to take half an hour minimum for anyone to get there, then we still need to figure the situation out, and my son has school tomorrow. I decide to put my hazards on and start slowly making my way home, controlling the donut, when I remember Rimtyme is on the way. It's 6:58pm at this point.Dude answers, says they're closing but asks what's up. I tell him the shenanigans I've been up to and tells me that they'll probably still be futzing around for a few minutes, so come by anyways. I'm there at 7:04pm, 4 minutes after close. They have my wheel sized, paid, mounted, and on the car and I'm on the way home by 7:14pm. Struggling for over half an hour, fixed in 10 minutes.I'm sorry, I'm awful with names, but don't bother with anyone else. Just go to these guys first, every time; Definitely not Smartwheels.EDIT: I hope these dudes make commission or profit sharing, and at least got a bump for that last second sale. But, if not, please give the guys that closed on 12/7/23 a bonus or something better than a thanks, because they had every excuse in the book to tell me to screw off, didn't, and still were awesome guys and fast, courteous workers about it.

Their pricing for new tires were more comfortable then dealership OVER price for the same tires. The Gentleman’s upfront, were very friendly and very patient. They let me know where they were in the process of installing new tires and how longer my vehicle would be ready! Definitely coming back here. Good experience and very affordable!

This company damaged my vehicle while installing 2 tires on the rear. The damage was located on the passenger side. I was notified by another tire shop out of town that a stud was cross threaded, which made the tire unable to come off. I initially brought my car in for a wobble, feeling over 70mph while on the interstate. I felt it from the rear on the car. The service tech notified me that the only way to get the tire off was to first break the stud and then cut the spacer off. This cost me $100 to get the spacer cut off, and then the order for a replacement spacer was $130.00. I did reach out to staff and notified them of the issue. Store staff agreed to the damage and the reimbursement amount because they were the last to touch the vehicle but since has reneged. I have reached out to upper management as early as 8/12/23 with no return call. I suggest that no one patronize this company until they can hire competent shop technicians. I've noticed this company has went down hill every since the last owner sold the company. Instead, go see Jeremy at wheel and tire exchange on independence blvd. They do everything this company does but on a competent and professional level .--Will G--

I want to personally come on and put a 5 star review in for Brad the service manager at this location, because he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my car was not only in a safe condition, but took the time to make sure that I was esthetically happy as well. He even took an extra day on the job just to make sure that it got done right I would highly recommend going to this location ask Brad he’s the man.?? Thanks again my “B”
