Picking up prescriptions from this Walgreens has become one of my least favorite things ever. The pharmacy is always incredibly slow, and they just seem to struggle. The cashier has to look 2 or 3 places to find my order, ask the pharmacist, ask me again what my date of birth is, look it up again and then maybe, just maybe, I might get my medicine. It just always feels like such an ordeal and a crap shoot as to whether I'm actually going to get what I came in for.

Stay away! Fraudulent pricing! At the front register, the chapstick said one price and it rang up higher…the cashier Miss Key, did not seem phased by the price discrepancy. And online was an ever lower amount but they apparently don’t price match their own store!! And odd experience…I will not come back.

Waited for a third of an HOUR on, over 21 minutes before someone picked up the phone in the pharmacy. Asked to speak to the manager or lead Pharmacist, took another 4+ minutes for someone to answer. I asked why I was on hold that long, were you understaffed today. The answer from Ashley, the pharmacist was, "no, we are not understaffed, just get a lot of phone calls, like 4 or 5 calls a minutes, um sorry." I asked her it was acceptable for a customer to wait 20+ minutes, over a THIRD of an hour for someone to simply pick up the phone, no but blah blah blah blah blah. Ashley didn't want to let me speak, talked over me and when I asked for her Regional Manager, she said you can call 800 Walgreens. Unbelievable in this day and age how companies like this thump their noses at customers and the complete lack of customer service. And these companies wonder why customers are going to online pharmacies and their market share is dropping. This is a prime example.

Apparently, my physician called in a total of four medications to treat my cold. When I went to pick them up, I was given two medications. In a subsequent conversation with my physician's office, I learned that I should have received a third medication. I called Walgreens about it and learned it wasn't processed because my insurance didn't cover it. I said I'd pay for it without insurance and my husband picked it up. From my physician's patient portal, I learned that a fourth medication was called in. I called Walgreens about it and learned it wasn't processed because my insurance didn't cover it. I said I'd pay for it without insurance. Walgreens withheld TWO of my medications because they weren't covered by my insurance ~ and didn't let me know. Yet, I could easily and willingly pay for these medications without insurance. MY poor husband will now need to make a THIRD trip to Walgreens to pick up the fourth medication. I shouldn't have to repeatedly badger Walgreens to gain the full list of medications that my physician has determined I need to get over this messy miserable cold. Walgreens provides terrible service because they rely on an outdated and inept software system.

Avoid spending your money here. Ceecee the “lead” manager needs some serious customer service training. She came up immediately combative and rude, even focused so much on her poor attitude commenting how shes tired of having to do work around here and “put up with these people” …so caught up in her disdain for her job that she didnt make sure a payment went through for a customer that even tried getting her attention to ask if it went through before finally exiting after repeatedly being ignored. This store has gone down hill. It was way more pleasant when the man that used to always work the register a few years ago was there (pre covid, early covid days). This new leadership staff is AWFUL. Every time weve stopped in the cashier up front is left to fend for themselves with no support having to repeatedly call the same manager up who just doesnt want to come do her job. This store needs some serious customer service training. Our experience was so negative that we are going through all our recent purchases and will be returning everything that is still eligible for return and will be spending that money elsewhere.

New to the state, I’ve been asking neighbors and visiting CVS and WALGREENS stores to decide which site I would make my prescription home.I visited this store to get RSV and COVID-19 vaccinations because it is the closest to my home. The courteous and expert assistance of the medical professional administering those two vaccinations convinced me that I was in the right place.I returned to the store yesterday with two objectives: Passport photos and change of prescriptions from Georgia to this store in North Carolina. I was greeted courteously upon entering and immediately completed the photo task. Then I went to the pharmacy where the pharmacist took information required to transfer the prescriptions. I interacted with 3 employees: each employee was courteous and competent.

Do NOT go here. Management (CeeCee) is rude & when I asked questions about why a service they advertised (FedEx label print) could not be provided, she asked me to leave her store.Not surprised this Walgreens has extremely low ratingSome of the staff members tried their best to help but called CeeCee to help out & when it didn't work, it was somehow my fault. She did provide a helpful tip. She told me I could go mail it at FedEx! Thanks CeeCee!!

Very very very very horrible pharmacy. They keep saying did not receive the medication although I was on the phone with the doctor office and they confirmed it was sent. Still waiting at the pharmacy for almost 1 hour. Unprofessional, the pharmacist looks like she hate her job. Keep complaining and doing all this comments like "not now" and "I don't know" and" just wait "Horrible. I wouldn't use this location if it was not close.

If you ever Get the chance for Caring And understandable Customer service. This is where it at. Sometimes it's hard to tell. But the ones who are Fighting for you. Are the ones that you will never believe. You may not get always the great service anywhere. But this Walgreens is where it's at. Today is August the 28th. I am saying it because I used to be one of them. Thank you, thank you for the staff, and most of all, thank you for the ladies and gentlemen, at(pharmacy ) thank you Ladies

They're rude and unheplfull. They shouldn't work in service. Please move them somewhere to storage area far from people. They should not work in Cotswold.

I wish that Rite Aid was still my pharmacy. It was closer and much better to get in and out of, plus less problems to deal with.

DONT GO HERE!! worse customer service ever, one of the workers full on lied to me just because she didn’t believe me and extremely rude to me but when i sent my bf in there to get the same thing she had no problem helping him. i don’t appreciate being lied to by a worker who clearly doesn’t know how to do her job. 0/10 will not come again

Wish I’d read the reviews before asking my prescription to be sent here. It’s taken 2 hours for me to get my prescription. I open what they gave me, and it’s the wrong amount and only one of the medications I was prescribed. Absolutely terrible service, do not come here.

This Walgreens is the best. They filled a prescription for a antibiotic that can cause problems for people allergic to penicillin.They are helpful on the phone. Great Walgreens Pharmact and store.
