The pharmacy refused to honor a valid GoodRX coupon, or similar coupons that they themselves found while I was there, and charged me $116 for a prescription that should have been $25 or less. I will not shop at any Walgreens again.

This the worst. pharmacy ever I refill my medication quickly through them , found out the delay they never called me I had call them very unprofessional , told me I had switch pharmacy’s due to my insurance, fine I did , new pharmacy sent transcript never got the trans script request now due Walgreens not responding I’m delayed on my medication no drive through store dirty and old and smelly and the lady at the front counter acts clues when asked questions about medication then dropped it’s on the ground . Don’t waste your time

A 5 star for the young woman working the counter, I was sent there from the university area and even though they did not have the medication. Crazy!? She was extremely helpful and called around for me. The Pharmacist gets zero stars. She had to make a snide comment. Walgreens inventory system royally stinks.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They never automatically fill prescriptions on time, and have even given me someone else medication, then called me HOURS later to let me know and to bring it back. Thank GOD I had not blindly taken it.

I ordered an item yesterday night but unfortunately the order didn't reach to Walgreen as they had issue with the device. I requested them to give the item which is in store after i show the order number but the store person rejected. I was very furious at her. i cancelled online order and thought of buying it instore but the item was not available. Now I lost my patience but meanwhile the Store manager he called another store near south park and confirmed the item is in stock. I drove to the south park store and guess what he had reached before me and he was ready with my order.he you are a great buy, Thank you again for you help and excellent customer service and i apologies for being little mad

My husband and I went into this walgreens for assistance adding cash to one of our online apps, which walgreens sponsors doing. We ended up walking around, looking around the store, as I'm using my ibotta app(great deals and app!), found our funko pops, and also our Legands Hasbro characters (which are walgreen exclusives) happy we found them!!! Needless to say, went in for one transaction and ended up doing several other things too lol! (Found a "hidden gem" too) As we proceeded to checkout, the cashier was extremely friendly and polite, checked us out with no issue and we made our way out. Clean store and pleasant atmosphere. Haven't visited this walgreens in a long time and very happy we did!

Worst place ever. The Manager don't need to be managing. He is rude and a Bully. He complains about being burnt out and tired. No wonder the store has 3 stars. If I could give it 0 stars I would have. The Old cashier stole my $16.92 change from a $20 bill. They talk to people so rudely and I will NEVER Ever Go there again. And the 5 customers I brought with me is also leaving. Please give me my money stolen by the cashier close to the pharmacists section. How could you sleep knowing yall allowed theft to happen under your watch. Check the cameras, the cameras don't lie. I also reported my experience with Corporate and I completed the survey at the bottom of my receipt !If Walgreens is Burning you out, find another job because you are making Walgreens look Bad ??

Clean, consistent and well stocked. I was able to find what I was needing and pay for it quickly at this shop. Lately, they'll ask if you want the (mile-long) receipt instead of printing it. The store has a full service pharmacy (no drive through) and an ATM in the front area. [Review 16862 overall - 3196 in North Carolina - 375 of 2022.]

I simply walked in and asked if the photo machine printed pictures right then, or if I had to come back and pick them up. Lady at the register (old Caucasian lady with short hair) was ringing up another customer, frowned and rudely put her finger up telling me to hold on. I wasn’t asking for help, I was simply asking a yes/no question. Customer service sucks at this location! NEVER AGAIN ‼️

I’m not sure what I would have done it weren’t for a gentleman that works in the pharmacy. His name is Mission. I was so impressed with the way he handled a major issue I had with a prescription. Mission went above and beyond to help me settle a very confusing situation. He is a gem!

Worst pharmacy ever! Under staffed, so service is horrendous, even though the staff is trying their best. Many times the same person that’s working on prescriptions is also working the register. They bugged me to have all my prescriptions synced to refill on the same day, but so far, for 2 years, it’s not worked yet. Also, I’ve received texts/emails saying my prescription is ready, only to get to the store and be told it had to be ordered and won’t be in for several days. Then, shortly after I leave, I get another text saying it’s ready! I wish Medicare would switch to CVS as their preferred pharmacy!

Manager, named Gar, was HORRIBLE....I moved to the area, recently, and have been coming to this Walgreens, ever since. However, after this evening, I will be going back to my earlier location for ALL pharmacy and other needs.I came through and asked for a specific pack of cigarettes (I know, I know) I got home and noticed the brand I paid for was wrong. I immediately brought said pack back (within 10 mins) for an exchange. Seems simple, right? (Nevermind the wrong brand is more $, btw) Manager, Gar, met me with aggression in not exchanging the pack out. Ive worked in customer service my WHOLE LIFE and would NEVER respond to a customer in the way this person did!I've given this location pass after pass, because of convenience...That is over! Im relocating all my prescriptions back to the competitor, down the street.Customer service at this location is AWFUL...The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to give "something "...
