Horrible pharmacy, with even worse customer service. I arrived at this pharmacy at 6:02. I stood in line 2 minutes while the lady in the pharmacy serviced another customer. After completing that transaction, I walked up to the counter, the cashier nonchalantly stated " we're closed". I came to pick up one prescription that I was already notified was ready for pick up. There wasn't anyone else behind me, yet she still refused to assist me. Not only does this location not have a drive thru, and closes at 6pm, they are also not open on the weekends. This is not an ideal pharmacy, they lack empathy and is inconvenient.

Great Service today, excellent seasonal displays throughout the store. Clean and Clear aisles and friendly, quick customer service interactions with the Cashier. I will be back!

Why do they make everything so hard? My doc electronically files my prescription on Wednesday. Your system says it’s being filled. Later that day your system says you are running behind. Today the prescription is gone. I have to call and ask what’s up? Is it ready? “No, do you want it filled? It can be ready in 20 minutes.” Why?! If every customer has to call multiple times to get one script filled, NO WONDER Y’ALL CAN’T BE ON TIME OR FAST OR POLITE.

I really have to give this particular worker her flowers. Her name, Ms. NASIB...this employee always goes above and beyond to stop what she's doing, just to help me with my items. She always has a smile, and asks me how my family and I are doing. I always forget to use my rewards, and she reminds me all the time. I absolutely hate this location for their pharmacy only. I wish they would close it down. Some of the most lazy negligent people I’ve ever met in my life. Literally every single time I’ve had to come to this position there was a discrepancy.

The Absolute BEST!!!!
I have changed my pharmacy twice because the other pharmacies canceled my meds and would not pick up the phone! But, by a happy ACCIDENT, I called this pharmacy thinking it was the last one I switched to and they had my meds ready within minutes it was such a smooth transition that I am willing to forego the drive thru and stick with them. Thank you so much for being so efficient!

The pharmacy group has been SO good to me and patient. Yesterday I arrived for my shot only to find I wasn’t on my list. I did have a screenshot of my request but couldn’t find the confirmation. I was told that I must have requested the same time as someone else and theirs was first..??.. Anyway that’s when I lost it! I was furious! After my little meltdown (very embarrassed), they told me that I could go ahead and get the shots I had come for. Even though I had NOT been very nice, they (Pharmacist and cashier) were SO calm and I got my shots. I know they have to put up with a lot but they always show such professionalism under pressure! I feel SO bad. My gift to them is going to another pharmacy! I am sure they won’t mind since I had been so nasty. God Bless them both… I was NOT acting like a Christian in any way, shape or form! jct

My prescription had accidentally been sent to the wrong store and the pharmacist was able to grab it from them and I was still in and out of the store in less than five minutes. I have always received kind and courteous service at this store.

Absolutely worst experience ever!!!! staff was incredibly rude left me standing there and helped other people without any explanation on what was happening with my prescription. Come to find out it wasn't ready or even in there system. I will be moving all my pharmacy needs to cvs going forward.

If you want your prescriptions filled correctly look elsewhere. They'll tell you they're ordering the full prescription but then you'll come in and you'll get a partial. And they'll tell you you can pick up the full prescription tomorrow but then they never actually order it and you have to wait 15 days for them to actually do their job.
