This is the worst Walgreens. They have poor service and it has progressively gotten worse over the past year. There's a lack of knowledge at the pharmacy and they have wrongly filled my prescriptions. The staff is slow and unhelpful. There are at least 4 people in the pharmacy most days, yet they are talking with each other or in the back not serving customers, leading to long wait times of at least 40 minutes for prescriptions.

I absolutely love this Walgreens pharmacy! Being new to the area and having the switch from another Walgreens location They have by far exceeded my expectations. I am so used to waiting and having issues with my medications every month but I have not had any problems and hardly any wait time at this location. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Glad that I was able to switch.

Ordering online was super fast… I was told the wait was 30 minutes, it was ready in 15 yay!

I’m convinced it is impossible to get ahold of this pharmacy after a ton of attempts and many 40+ minute hold times. If you’re feeling the same and are willing to travel a bit further, the Walgreens at 9428 Steele Creek Rd answered my first call immediately and they were very helpful/kind.
Update: the Walgreens I switched to was initially helpful but after multiple encounters with the staff being rude, I no longer would recommend.

Switching pharmacies right now. I only switch to this pharmacy due to my insurance, now that I have new insurance I’m switching back to CVS. There’s no way it should take 30 minutes plus to pick up a prescription. No more than 2 customers in line inside and then a line of 5 cars outside. One person left. The day before I was in a rush and had to leave. They must have switch techs, it has never been this bad. Are they punishing the drive through because we do not want to get out in the rain? Are you all working in the rain, no. They are prioritizing the inside counter. The 2nd lane in the drive through also does not work, they do not have it roped off or anything. What if someone is having an emergency and needed their medication quickly. It is really ridiculous, those techs should be ashamed of themselves and I hope they receive the same customer service everywhere they go. Also so to point out their incompetence. My medication is refrigerated, they always have trouble finding it.

If I can give it 0 starts I would. This is the worst pharmacy avoided at all cost. I picked up my medication two days earlier all the time this pharmacy told me my medication would be ready today when I called them to see when I can pick it up they told me they miscalculated and I have to pick it up tomorrow. This is unacceptable. It is not my fault they miss calculated and I always pick up my medication two days prior. It doesn’t matter which pharmacy. This is the first time this has happened to me last month they gave it to me two days prior now with no issues.

The pharmacy staff at this store need customer service training. I am fed up with standing at their counter being ignored for the computer, drive up customers andctheir own chitchat. And today the girl who finally drifted over near the counter had the nerve to give me attitude!So Im tranferring my prescriptions to Harris Teeter.

Staff is rude. They are commonly out of stock on medication. They do not call or alert you when medication is ready. They have also questioned prescriptions made by doctors and fill prescriptions based on their comfort level instead of what the doctors have prescribed.

I asked to enter the restrooms and the answer is that they are not restrooms for customers, at any Walgreens I can do it, to buy in this store I can do it but if I need the restroom even if it is an emergency we cannot do it. One less customer for this store

2nd time I scheduled a pharmacy vaccination in same location and they are out Again! Seriously, what waste of customer time. Never coming back.
