About Road Rive
Road Rive has received positive feedback for its helpful and honest service. Customers appreciated the team, including Jare, Moses, and the Roadie staff, for making the car-buying process simple and efficient. Many found the financing easy, with options like buy here pay here. One customer was able to purchase a work sprinter van for a small business at a fair price, noting the vehicle was clean with low mileage and the transaction took less than an hour. Another buyer had a battery issue due to cold weather; Road Rive replaced it for free and fixed a subsequent problem completely, standing behind their work. A different customer experienced electrical issues that took over a month to resolve, but Road Rive paid for all repairs and assisted in other ways. Overall, the team is described as welcoming, knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient. Customers feel they can trust Road Rive for future used car needs, with one stating they will be "forever locked in."

As a new customer I had an amazing experience working with Road Rive! Thanks to Jaer and Moussa for making the entire process so smooth, transparent, and stress-free since this was my teenagers first car. The Honda was in great condition and they addressed all my concerns before the purchase was complete. Highly recommend!

These folks sold my mother a car. They were true to their word and fair on pricing. We're happy with our purchase.
