I recently has the pleasure of renting a Slate storage unit from Toya, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The facility is in a convenient location and has additional services available, such as offices and mailboxes.The building is secure, and Toya took the time to complete the whole tour so that I would be comfortable utilizing the unit going forward. One of the best features of this storage unit is its height. You’re able to rent a reasonable sized unit, but with the high ceilings organize quite a bit of possessions.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service, facility, and security. I would highly recommend giving Toya (assistant manager) a call if you’re in the market for a storage unit. 10/10 experience. Thanks Toya!

Mrs. Taylor is an excellent employee. She was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Something you just don't see that much anymore.i highly recommend Slate storage.

Best storage facility I’ve ever dealt with. The facility manager, Ms. Dee is the best, she was very polite and accommodating throughout the entire process. Very clean facility, highly recommend!

This is my first experience with ever using a storage facility of any kind and it has been nothing short of spectacular. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is clean and secure. They have a feature where you have to use a PIN to get into the building and to use the elevator. The system knows you by your PIN and will only allow you to go to the floor your unit is on, which I think is so neat!

Had to store my home belongings here for a few months and this place is spectacular. Clean. Organized and the most friendly and helpful staff you could ever possibly imagine. I actually regretted moving my stuff out!They really go the extra mile here. I will never use another storage facility, only this place!!
