Had a great experience and workout. Was introduced to the facility at a fitness sample event and decided to give them a try. Truly enjoyed my restore rowing session with Alex who walked me through the proper form and movement in the machine. I felt a full body workout targeting my abs and legs. Excited to come back for more variety workout rowing classes!

I visited here with a neighbor a few months ago and had a great time. The instructor was so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome in the class. I loved how light weights were incorporated into the class at the end after the rowing portion. They also keep the room very dark which I personally thought was great. I will definitely be coming back to visit again as it was a great way to change up my normal work out routine.

Cotswold Row House is an awesome location with top level coaches. The workouts are always fun and engaging with good variety options. Great way to get some cardio in while still working multiple muscle groups. I take classes most often with Coach Alex who is great with newcomers and vets and always brings some solid spice to kick it up! All the coaches are great so you are good no matter the day!

This place rocks. The staff are super friendly. You get a great work out for all levels. I enjoy the team effort, the music, the challenges that come up from time to time and my individual goals. Check it out. First class is free. It is more than rowing you have to experienced it yourself.

I LOVE Row House and listen, I have rowed very little since starting here about 6 weeks ago. The vibe is so fun and the classes push you to do put in your best efforts. Everyone is really friendly, not snooty at all. All beginners welcome!! I’ve tried most of the coaches so far and I’ve liked them all. My favorites are Cav (Meredith) and Keanna. They play great music and make it so fun while also motivating you. I highly recommend a theme class. Taylor Swift intervals was the best!They turn the lights down low, the disco ball up and the music super loud which I absolutely LOVE. That might not be for everyone.I also like that it’s a really accessible workout. I can’t always do high impact stuff but I know I can always come to RH. Similarly, I see some older athletes in there killing it.Give it a try!

Ok now that I've been coming to the Row House for about 5 months now, I wanted to give an update. I'm not going to bore you with restating what I already did in my original review, as nothing has changed -- I still love it, and the community is great & uplifting! I hit my 250k goal and am pushing to my 500k goal with the motivation from my coaches... so that's what I want to focus on -- THE COACHES!The coaches are what MAKE the Row House special... I've never been to a yoga studio, gym, fitness facility where I could truly say, I liked every instructor/coach... that is until I came to the Row House! Every coach is a little different, but all just as effective in getting you to your end result although their vibe and energy might be different. I decided to pick one word to describe each each I've worked with and a little nugget of information about them in case your curious about who is coaching your next class!Alex - BOAT! Alex always does an awesome job of motivating the entire group and really focuses on everyone as whole (the "boat") and encourages you to pump up your fellow mates! I'm also partial to him being one of my favorites, as he has been with me during all my milestones (first class, 50k and 250k) and I just love the energy he brings!Betsy - SMILES. She is just a gem spreading all the joy! Fairly soft spoken, compared to some of the other coaches, but she never stops smiling which makes you smile and forget what you're doing because you're enjoying yourself so much... and before know it BOOM -- ALL THE METERS!! You max out and don't even know it!Josh - MOTIVATION. He tends to start and end class with a bit of a spiritual/motivational vibe, which is spot on knowing he also teaches yoga. I'm a yogi so I love that when I'm in his classes it feels like he brings a balance to my world with incorporating a bit of yoga, whether it's through a said message, a stretch or floor move. I was one of two people there for his first class and I've loved seeing his coaching journey!Jacqueline - SPARK. She brings the spark in every aspect - energy, effort and enthusiasm. She is such a genuine person who cares about her boat and is there to help everyone obtain what they came for, with a smile and enthusiastic demeanor! Love her energy... it's just right in the middle where everyone loves to be! I was also present for her first class and although I've only been to a few classes of hers, when I see her name aligning with the class that works for my schedule I get excited!Keianna - STRONG. She kicks ass! And will kick yours (in a good way)! She is strong in all that she executes in her classes! Her strength class is one of my favorites as I feel she always finds just the right burnout you need, without you even knowing. She is a mix of strength, smiles and sunshine that everyone needs in their live Laura - LEGS! She's another one who brings ALL THE STRENGTH! Her express classes, regardless of which kind, are MY FAVORITE! I knock out so many meters and always enjoy myself as she pushes you with the best boost of energy. She also calls out to focus on your rhythm and form throughout class which is nice, as sometimes that slips from your mind when you're in the "zone." I can literally hear her say "LEEEEEEGS" in my head during other classes when coaches put you in the power zone (and I love it because it makes me smile/giggle when it happens)!Meredith C - ENERGY. She has ALLLLLLLL the energy! She brings it every class! She says she picks class themes and songs for us/that are perfect for rowing (she does and they are), but I think she picks them just so she can jam out with the boat! You will see her on and off the rower a lot, as she likes to see the boat take their own journey together while guiding and motivating "through the crowd." She is loud, high energy and will push you to get produce the best version of you in that class!! Her passion is unmatched!

I like that the lights get turned down and the music is bumpin so people can’t see or hear me!Coaches here are great and really motivate me. I’ve never had an exercise regimen until trying a free class. They even provide helpful tips for my disability.Down 40lbs and going for another!

Great full body workout and knowledgeable staff. The combo classes (on and off the machine) are a good challenge. I like the team effort, but you also receive your own meters at the end of class. You vs you!

Row House is amazing! Such a great workout and really nice coaches who make it fun. It's different from any other group fitness class I've done- you really focus on the team aspect and being "in swing" with the rest of the "boat." It's fun to see if we can beat our collective meters rowed at the end of each class, and you're never called out individually for your stats, unless it's to celebrate milestones like hitting your first 50,000 meters or getting to sign the paddle at 500k. I invite anyone who will listen! I've been going for over 2.5 years now, lost 20 pounds, and rowed all through my pregnancy!The coaches are all awesome. Coach Laura on the weekends is one of my favs, but I also love my 9:45 weekday coaches Keianna and Jacqui. Try it out; you won't regret it!
