Horrible service!!! Had an appointment to replace my windshield with a text confirmation. Somehow, it was changed to a different date and no one informed me. Then they couldn’t find my claim # so that I could service my vehicle with another company. Just a mess!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I had my windshield replaced about a month ago at this location and everyone was awesome!Last week my car window was busted from a break in and I scheduled an appointment for Thursday 8am-12pm. No one showed up or called me to update me. I called their corporate number and they rescheduled me for Saturday. I get a text and a call from the shop on Friday saying it will be raining and they cannot do the mobile service. I responded promptly so my appointment wouldn’t be canceled. Long story short, I did not get a response for several hours and ended up driving to them. I took one star away because Laura was the one who sent me the text and never responded and when I came in person she did not want to make it right. Xavier, Phaedra(I hope I spelled that correctly) and the rest of the team are amazing and fast. I recommend this location as long as you don’t have to deal with Laura.

I had weatherstripping come loose on my windshield, the store manager helped us immediately with no charge.Such kind professional service.This will be the only windshield shop I go to from now on.Seriously, thanks a lot Safelite!

Wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Windshield and wipers replaced - excellent job on the speed of service and the quality of the work and recalibration. I was in and out in about 2 hours - very fast. Thank you also for being so friendly at the window the 2 ladies who helped me (forgive me for not remembering names) but they were super helpful and friendly. Excellent service deserves excellent review. Thank yall again.

When you try to call for warranty you can’t get anyone on the phone. Called 20 times before anyone answered. Worst experience I have ever had! Took my truck in for warranty and they kept it for over an hour before telling me they would not touch it because they were not the location that sent the tech who did the install of the windshield. So much for the national warranty policy. I will not use satellite again. Will be moving my entire fleet.

the female assistant manager at this location is an absolute b###! completely lies and has no clue what is going on in the shop! another person i know in the charlotte area also had a similar experience with this same woman. She gives a bad look to this safelite and i will definitely not be bringing my car back here again! took 4 weeks to replace my windshield, between them ordering the wrong one, ordering one that is already cracked, and the female manager lying to me telling me there’s some “nation shortage” of my cars windshield which led to her own employee telling me she doesn’t know what she’s talking about, i also came to pick it up and she told me my windshield was completely out just to find out she was talking about a completely different car than mine and the technician had to correct her, like you can’t make this stuff up what a manager right? and her unprofessional little voicemail box saying “i don’t really like voicemail so just text me” and guess what? i still didn’t get my windshield replaced and now have to go to a entire different company which said they have it in stock and that they can get it done within 2 weeks since safelite had my car since november (it is now january) and still failed… hire better management and get her out!

If I could give 0 Stars, I would. WHY in the eff can you not call the store or corporate number and speak to a human????? My issue does NOT fall within the handful of options I was given for automated help. How does this company not know there are people out there that need to speak to a human and not care that not being able to do so is a LOSS of M.O.N.E.Y??????? S.T.U.P.I.D. Then....if you use 'online', you have to input your insurance information and it shows up on the Carrier end as a "CLAIM" even if you don't want to go thru your insurance and pay out-of-pocket. The "claim" can NOT be deleted from the insurance carrier. Sooooo effing STUPID. Get a human to answer the phone and provide "Customer Service."" I will NEVER use OR recommend your company to anyone EVER.

I had a great experience at this Safelite location. After going into my car and suddenly noticing a crack left on a window, followed by it expanding only a couple days after, I knew I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. Because this had never happened to me before and don't know what caused the window to crack, I was definitely feeling anxious and upset about it.Thankfully, this Safelite location out of three in my area had the soonest appointment that fit with my schedule and was able to receive service in less than 48 hours after noticing the crack had expanded. I had one of their last appointments on a weekday (4 pm) and I only waited for about 50 minutes. I was expecting to wait for up to 90 minutes and was also not in a rush, so I was impressed and satisfied with the efficiency and the work done on my car.The manager and technician I spoke with were also kind and understanding when I expressed how surprised I was about the window suddenly being cracked, so the compassion made my day a bit better. If I ever have to deal with another cracked window or windshield in the future, I'll definitely come here. I would certainly recommend others to try this location if you're dealing with the same issue!

Made an appointment online and when I arrived today the Technician claimed they ordered the wrong glass for my car and that the glass must be calibrated, therefore the price will increase drastically. I’m not sure how they misquoted me because I provided my tag & vin #. They wasted my time & gas. I won’t be using their services in the future.

Rayne was my technician for fixing my 2023 Mazda CX 5 windshield. He got my car in and out in an hour and 15 mins. He even vacuumed the front floor boards and washed all the windows. Thank you for exceptional customer service!

After replacing the windowsheild on my Audi, my windshield wipers no longer work and see making a loud noise. Thank goodness I discovered this before getting caught in a storm.

I had windshield replaced on Thursday 9/14The product and installation was fine the issue is the company charged for the service $407 and an additional $397 authorization, basically a double charge , this could have caused items to bounceI called several times and could not get through, just automated responses, finally got corporate and the CSR basically dismissed my concern about the double charge and not being able to get through. Unacceptable!!!Also I was given three different prices when I arrived. Since the cost was below my deductible, I chose to pay cash but when asked how much it would cost if I put thru my insurance and still pay cash since my deductible was higher , the price was like $150 higher - really???Again product and work was fine..
