Store is clean. Prices are reasonable. *Usually* have what I need in stock. I understand why the cashiers ask if I have everything but it's annoying cause if I didn't, that would also be on the counter.

Wow. Second time on the weekend where they are not open by their posted time. There are about 12 of us waiting out here about to just leave and another gal just said this keeps happening. Management needs to really get on this. You all are losing business. If you all can't commit to your posted time then change your hours so people like myself don't drive all this way to waste time and gas.

Very unprofessional establish with untrained staff. I love when a sign on the door states the store closes at 6pm yet doors were locked at before 5:30 and the cashier proceeded to walk away from the counter when I arrived. Whoever worked the afternoon on 2/24/23 at the register needs to be fired or needs disciplinary action.

As of today, online the store is scheduled to open at 10am. However there's a sign on the door to open at 11am and as of 11:30am the store is not open.I gave 3 stars because I love this store and they always have what I want and need. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful as well.

Recently stopped in Sally's to replenish my coil curl hair supplies. Lynette and team greeted me when I arrived, she proceeded to point out sale items for a product I specifically asked about. There was one product I couldn't remember and she search my recent purchases, so I could get everything I need. Lastly, my husband had our chocolate lab outside looking in the windo and she had the skill of commenting about my fur-baby. Not sure if she like dogs or not but it gave me a chance to love on my dog. ? Definitely my go to store for hair supplies, very knowledgeable staff.

THEE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR. I got hired during the beginning of the pandemic and the company did absolutely nothing to protect their staff. First they introduced a credit card summer 2020 that they couldn't afford so they cut our hours in the middle of a global pandemic. Refused to enforce mask laws to satisfy entitled and stubborn customers. The store needs renovation the air conditioning went our during the middle of summer and we were left with nothing. Management was nasty. I do not recommend.

I’ve been in the Sally’s many times. And this time, Lanetta made my experience wonderful. Not only did she help me with my natural hair product picks. But not only did she help me with her knowledge but gave everyone in the store the same quality of customer service! She even promoted the new point system. My only disappointment is that they didn’t have any hooded dryers
