My husband and I operate a small resale business. I had an issue with trying replenish a particular (specific to the machine we use) item. When I did find it, and at a third the cost of what others were charging, I immediately ordered. I had a different issue when I reordered the same item last year. The issue was handled adequately last year. This year, I noticed that when I ordered the item, it was through Sealed Air's Small Business Division. I thought, "This is great! I have somewhere else to shop for our packaging supplies!" So I reached out through the websites contact portal. A few days later, someone phoned from the division and after discussing our needs. I asked if they would check on some parts for the machine we purchased from them. I was told they would. After waiting a week or more, with no response, I reached out again through the websites contact portal. After a few days, I decided to call. Was transferred to an individual who again and was told they would look into it and get back to me. Another week comes ànd goes..no response/answers. I am not a person who sends repeated requests/emails. It was this time, I reached out to Mr Doheny. Within a couple of hours, I had a response and was told he would look into my concerns. In less than 24 hours, a second sealed air executive had responded and stated that someone from the small business division would be in touch soon. In less than 24 hours Mr Johnson was speaking with me, and by the end of the week, I had the parts I needed. Mr Johnson kept me informed during the entire time. There aren't many people in executive positions who take the time to personally respond to an email much less take the time to even get involved. Each individual that was asked to step in to help resolve the issue, did exactly what they needed to do and followed through until the issue was completely resolved. This is an example of EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE (all services). Which in turn, tells me that this is an EXCEPTIONAL Company.
