Opened a savings account when Carolina Premier was new in Charlotte. Carolina Premier was a great little bank, was helpful, and made the customer feel special. Select Bank & Trust is the opposite. They never reached out to me after it become Select Bank and quit sending mailings other than a Form 1099-Int. The overall experience at other banks I use - small and the large - is better.

Carolina Premier used to be a great bank - until it became Select. Buyouts & bill pay changes have systems not working and mobile deposit is spotty at best. There are great small banks out there, but this isn't one of them.

I had the speak to the beach manager about a simple banking issue. I was given up and down look and was denied my request. I was asking to simply incresey abiltab to transfer my money for bulls investment s etc. Was told I would get call back no call I had to call do not bank here

This is now Select Bank & Trust. Still a nice bank but not quite as easy to do business with as before. The people at the branch are friendly and helpful but overall now has a more corporate big bank feel.

Ever since Select Bank took over Carolina Premier Bank I have had nothing but issues, along with not so great customer service. There are really low limits on mobile deposits IF you can even get the app to work. They also have lower interest rates vs. CPB. And today I went in to cash a check (because the mobile app wouldn't deposit) and was told their system has been down for 2+ hours and they didn't know when it was coming back up. If something doesn't change very soon, I will be switching to First Citizens.

Absolutely WORST experience I have ever had with a Financial institution. Zero communication during a loan process unless you called repeatedly. Non response to emails is the norm. Unprofessionalism, aloofness, total lack of concern for your needs and a basic “I don't care attitude†are the hallmarks of this Bank that is just taking up valuable real estate that could be otherwise occupied by an organization that actually cares about the customer.

I have been a customer for a while. Left with a few accounts for a brief time and realized the mistake I made. Great service along with great interest rates and account options. Actually I would have given a rating of 4.999 stars,only because of the limited branches, but rounded up. Thanks for all you do!!

Do not deal with Lauren or Craig. Lauren is useless. I had fraud on my debit card so they locked my debit card. Lauren had an attitude n said I will get my card next week but I got nothing. I told her I need cash and she said you will not get cash wait for your debit. She is the worst. Now I called the bank, sent her email but she doesn't answer. I am going through Hunter so let's see how that goes. Stay away from Lauren
