Normally this location is a 4 to 5 but notnhis week. I stopped in yesterday and today and both times no one even acknowledged me, despite them being way over staffed this AM. I did ask one associate if she had experience with a leave in hair product and she immediately started trying to sell me on Olaplex, asking if my current line (Davines) was all natural and how I needed something to protect me light colored hair. So I guess that was a no on her experience with what I was asking about. Either they just had a training in Olaplex or they were having a contest.There is an older ( mid 50s) makeup artist who is fantastic with great recs, and I wish I could remember her name but alas she was not here either day.

I wish i could rate this 20 stars. kim, olivia well done! and God i wish i remembered even the cashiers name. I’m so big on customer service and this was spectacular. my experience was seamless i came in specifically for mascara and oliva started me off with so much insight on so much even aspects of makeup. i was literally helped immediately when i gave a look of confusion. After she helped me pick two marvelous mascaras. i honestly thought that was it but i did some last minute browsing and Kim kindly stepped over and helped me make some additions to my skincare routine with honest reviews, explanations. i can honestly say i didn’t just go blindly spending. the team was so well informed and honest. this was the most informed and exciting buying experiences i’ve ever had. well done arbo sephora team !!!!

I’m not a makeup type of girl lol lol so this was VERY last minute lol Andrea got me in and out & I made it on time to my photoshoot!!! I received compliments on my make-up all night long!! I will def be back and this has made me feel way more comfortable wearing makeup. Thank you again!!!

This has been the most pleasant Sephora I have ever visited. I came in wanting the Haus Labs foundation and Kim was so helpful and nice, she went out of her way to get the shade from the back of the store. When I checked out, the young lady at the register was also just so friendly and engaging. I actually picked the wrong shade (all my fault) and came back a few days later and everyone, again, was so welcoming and helpful. Courtney helped me order the right shade cause they didn’t have it in stock, she also gave me a sample of the shade while I wait for the full size. and the lady at the resister was also just so helpful and nice. I’ll definitely be sure to always come here. They also have soooooo many brand so choose from. The store is also clean and stocked of tissues and ways to test products. Great job.

I don’t know what was going on today, but this is usually my favorite Sephora to shop at. Everyone there today seemed miserable and lethargic. The women who checked me out rudely put my bag on the counter and told me to have a nice day like I was an inconvenience. Very disappointed with this Sephora trip.

Shout out to Kat. She is an amazing problem solver and has great customer service. I wish all the employees at this location were like her; this is in no way a dig at them, they’ve all been nice, but she just really knows what she’s doing! Will continue coming here mostly because of my positive experience with Kat.

I recently had a bad fall landing directly on my face on bathroom tiles. No doubt a concussion but have had to ice it, use some Arnica, Aloe -- have been switching around and looking for some advice on other products that might help with the horrific bruising on my face. Got Carly on the phone and she was so sweet, kind and sympathetic. She recommended I try "Summer Fridays Dream Oasis Hydration" and explained why. Yay -- another interesting sounding product to add to my line-up of products that might help this "Bride of Frankenstein" appearance go away. Thanks, Carly!
