This place is definitely over staffed. You can’t shop in peace without a staff member asking if you need anything. This sounds nice and all but when you get asked by 6 different people 3/4 times every 5 minutes can get a bit annoying.

This is a review for an employee named Ashton. She took the time to listen to skin concerns and gave me amazing recommendations. Her kindness and attentiveness was genuine. It was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Sephora store anywhere, ever. Sephora give this girl a raise !

It was a normal Sephora until I was helped by Allen and changed my makeup routine for the better! He hooked me up with some amazing Nars blush, and I’m forever grateful! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I want to start of with a heartfelt thank you to Cheyenne, who has given me makeup lessons at this Sephora. As a 35 year old, it's embarrassing to type, but I've never learned how to put on make up before. I am a hands on learner, and while i love Youtube, i've always felt intimidated by learning how to put on makeup, on my own, due to color matching and so many options of literally everything. After much research, i ended up finding that Sephora offers in person lessons. The website was clear about their options, and i opted in for the 75m lessons.I walked into Sephora and immediately felt like a fish out of water. I waited a few minutes for my lesson (I arrived pretty early). I honestly have a lot of anxiety about things, and i debated leaving, but Cheyenne showed up on time, and literally made me feel at ease. I told her that i was hoping to learn how to put make up on, and the ins and outs, my life story lol etc.Cheyenne was incredibly patient, and showed me everything step by step, and answered every. single. question. that i had. She was super supportive and encouraging, and i've honestly never felt at ease so quickly for something i felt so intimidated by. Im not a girly girly, but Cheyenne really made me feel accepted and confident about myself, and about putting makeup on. She was also incredible and helping me find what i needed, and assemble my first makeup bag.I've since been practicing and really, I can't thank you enough. You have really made my year, and have made me feel confident about so many things.Sephora, if you are reading this, Cheyenne is the BEST! you have a gem of a human being working for you <3

Giving this location five stars because of Kai, the associate who helped me. She was very attentive and helpful, incredibly friendly and shade matched me better that I've ever experienced before. She has amazing product knowledge too. I usually don't have a good time shopping in this location but she made it so.

Came to pick up my birthday insider gift. Service wasn’t good at all. Didn’t even get a happy birthday. Felt rushed. Courtney the store director was very nice and courteous, she was very genuine and apologetic regarding the service that I received. Thank you for turning my day around!

Terrible experience at Sephora. Realized i was out of one product so I rush to Sephora. Arrive at 6:52 pm knowing they close at 7pm, but no biggie I’m running in to grab one thing and out. I’m met at the door by an employee, and as I open it she rudely says “we close in 5 minutes so do you know what you want?”… i was flabbergasted…she was door checking everyone making sure they were coming in and knew what they wanted so we wouldn’t be in there past 7pm. Poor guy in front of me was simply there for an online pickup, but looked so confused that he was getting asked upon entry. I went in, and quickly left without purchasing my item. If you’re going to be rude to people just because they’re coming in right before you close then you need a different job that doesn’t have an emphasis on customer service. Won’t be back… go to a different Sephora.

Got a nice match on foundation. Almost overwhelmed with the amount of help ☺️. The foundation finding tool is helpful but not perfect, but the employees were able to help me select the best option

This location is very popular however the manager on duty today wasn’t customer friendly! Stephanie was my sales associate and was awesome! She wanted to allow me to smell a scent that I came in to purchase (over $100) however they didn’t have a tester. When she asked her manager could she open the scent for me to smell is was a HARD NO…no explanation nothing just a loud NO! If your looking for an opportunity to make a large purchase but would like to smell first THIS ISN'T THE LOCATION FOR YOU!

Didn’t love being accused of shoplifting because of a medical device I have to carry with me. Literally every other employee in there was kind and engaged with me without being suspicious and crossing a line No more Sephora for me.

Extremely helpful and attentive. The employees are very knowledgeable and personable. Offer to place orders for anything they don’t have. And no matter how busy it gets someone always offers assistance in a timely manner. This location really made me want to support more Ultas all together over other cosmetic stores.

Several times several employees kept coming up to me asking if I was doing okay or needed help. I clearly did not as I had obvious headphones in and was trying to focus on what products I wanted to check out. One girl even asked me three times and called me ma'am, which was super weird because we're the same age and it's just not something I want to be called. Seriously, please leave some of us alone when shopping, if I have a question I'll find one of you. It was agitating, distracting and frankly makes me not want to come back to this location. Cashier was great, though.

I love love love sephora but this location was not it. The employees that greeted me at the door & that checked me out were amazing. However, while browsing I was stuck in a one-way-out isle by three employees standing in a big circle talking about tiktok. When I attempted to walk by & say “excuse me” one employee just stared at me. I excused myself through their conversation to squeeze out of the isle. None of the employees even offered an “excuse me” or attempted to make way for me through the tight space. Just bad manners.

My best friend and I stopped in just to take a look around and decided to get color matched for a new foundation.Three weeks later, and I can honestly say it was the BEST and most accurate color match I have ever had. My best friend and I are 35 and we both have never had a match this perfectly with such a great product. Make sure you ask for Jessica. She was super helpful.
