Every single pump is out of order/out of gas, and there is no sign saying so. Had to be rescued with a gas can my husband drove out for me.

absolute worst gas station I’ve ever been to. their one consistency is how consistently terrible it is of an experience every single time without fail. it was bad enough and now they never have more than one pump open. there’s a 99.9% chance that there’s more crackheads outside loitering than open pumps. you can be dangerous or you can be horribly run, you cannot be both.

This is the worst experience at a gas station in the world. It is very unsafe, they allow loitering and homeless people inside and outside of the doors. I went at 8:15pm and filled my tank then went to the air pump, no air was coming out of the tube. I spoke to the cashier inside , She said they’re broken and did not return my funds. There was no sign on the machine to alert customers. I asked to use the restroom they claim both bathrooms were CLOSED??? I asked broken or closed for paying customers and she proceeded to ignore me. The cashier was rude and careless. Consistently Several pumps are out of order. This place needs management to fire alll the evening staff and rehire staff with intention to SERVICE CUSTOMERS!!!!

Watched a customer trip over a pile of rolled up mats in the middle of the floor and break his earring, the heavy set male employee laughed at him and said “You should’ve seen it there.” Bathrooms are out of service, and I waited in line while the employees talked to each other. Really weird and negative attitude from everyone here. Probably one of the worst gas stations in Charlotte.

I have been pumping and have been here since 1999, and today, Jan 15th, 2025, is my last. At 855 am, after pumping $62.55 of gas, I went inside to pee, and before opening the door, 2 staff members said, staff 1 male, you can't use it with attitude, then staff 2, female, it's only for employees. This shell is the worst one of all. After telling them I need it to pee badly. There is a QT gas station down the road. They are the best ones, the staff is friendly always

People are always parking their car at the pumps, even when they aren't pumping gas. It would be nice if the gas station enforced a policy to move cars when they aren't actively getting gas. I bet the station would sell a lot more gallons. I have left this station so many times, because people are just loitering and blocking the pumps.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! More than often I will go here and the store will be closed during business hours!! It becomes really frustrating when a business has hours of operations but they are closed. I suggest changing the store hours or hiring more. people. I enjoy the convenience of the store but it's not convenient when it's closed in the middle of the day. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store because of the inconsistencies with it being open!! Please work on that or shut it down. One last thing, this store is price gouging!!!! I frequent shell gas stations and I know the prices in this store are marketed up, more than likely because of its location.

This place is a run down nasty hole in the wall gas station, went through the front door and looked at the floor it was filthy and a worker was sweeping the floor. Both Men's & Women's bathrooms were locked and had to ask for a key, the clerk only had a key to the women's bathroom so my boyfriend had to use the women's also. The bathroom was so nasty that I almost called 911 hazmat team to come and decontaminate the bathroom, come on employees it takes less than 5 minutes to clean a bathroom with just a toilet and sink. No excuse for being lazy. ..

It's advertised to close at 11:00 but don't go out of your way to get there because they won't open the door not even at 10:30 p.m.

I believe her name is Sasha. Light skin with dreads. She is single handedly ruining this store. She tells anyone that wants to use EBT that it's down. Throws customers food out and refuses to refund them and calls the police on them. Yells at customers because she is mopping at 4 pm and we are trying to shop. She is the rudest in every occasion and does not belong in a customer service position or perhaps any job. I have spent more than $10,000 here in the last few years. Fire her or I will go to QuikTrip instead.
