Store attendant refused to refund my car wash blatantly lying that he could not and I would have to contact another company only for the car wash attendant to come in requesting my refund that was then honored. Terrible business practices, tone and attitude! Just go across the street where your dollars are respected!

You have a guy there with a lazy eye, who clearly can’t see the sodas say 2 for 2.50 I show him this and he still tries to charge me $4. Why ? ? ? ? Whole time they stealing beer he can’t even ring me up for a mellow yellow can & coke can. Insane & it’s snowing. He should be fired

Not 24hrs like it says online. Got here 20mins ago been closed since 3. It's 6:45am, I work third shift, I just want my cigarettes.

This Gas station is closed nightly, from 10pm to 7:00pm.
I've moved on this side a year ago. The lights stay on and the employees vehicles are parked there at night, but you will never get available service in the middle of the night.

I stop in to get gas yesterday and the cashier Alexandria gave great customer service to the customer ahead of me. He needed assistance with his receipt for the car wash. Somehow it got ripped, Alexandria was polite to him and did not seem annoyed. She printed another copy off then the customer could not make out the numbers on the receipt and asked her to make them bigger. Alexandria wrote out the numbers in large print on the back of the receipt. Exceptional problem solving. She was very pleasant to me as well. I just wanted to shout her out

No public restrooms. Had my 8 year old in tears. Traveled 3.5 hours to get to Carolina Pediatric Neurology and from now on we know to make sure she uses the restroom in Concord before we make the trip back home. The closer to Charlotte you get, the less likely you'll find a public bathroom.
