I arrived on July 16th 2024 at 5:59 and they were closed and no one was inside. I rushed in traffic to get here before they close. This is unprofessional. If your hours say that you close at 6:00 p.m., then stay until 6:00 p.m. or 6:05. If you want to leave early, and not do your job, then hit the unemployment line. Again, this is unprofessional.

I’ve been trying to find the match to our interior walls so I could do touch ups. With a little luck and Eric’s genius detective skills, he was able to research and find the contractor who painted at my address. It gave the exact color and finish! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. It’s so nice to know excellent customer service is still alive!!!

Had a great experience today getting paint from Sherwin Williams in Plaza Midwood. I was a little apprehensive going in because I am a novice painter at best and wasn't really sure what finishes I needed. Jamichael was very patient with me and was a huge help in guiding me through picking out the proper paint for the rooms in my house. He was easy to talk to and put me at ease right away with his vast knowledge. Once I got checked out, Rad loaded up the paint and wheeled it out to my car. Jamichael and Rad are true professionals and deserve to be cheered! Thank you both.

I stood in line for half an hour here while one employee behind the counter surfed the web on his phone. When I got to the front of the line, I learned that samples are unavailabe but that I could find them at Lowe's. Thanks for wasting my time.

I ordered online hoping to be able to do a swift pickup the same day, but it actually took two full days to process before I received notification that my paint was ready. I then went to the store and called in curbside pickup they could not find my order on record. When they did finally find it I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to mix the paint! If I would have known that would have been the process I would have simply driven to the store and walked in and had it mixed at the counter immediately.

I went in today to pick up some stain for a replaced floorboard on my deck. Brandon was incredibly patient and helpful as we tried to figure out which one I needed, on very little information. The whole vibe in that store is friendly and professional, and I’m thankful to have them in the neighborhood!

The visit started off a little rocky as far as customer service but the manager did change my perception after speaking with him.He was very helpful and help me get the right paint for my dyi project.
