Every once in a while, I visit Sherwin-Williams when I need paint or painting supplies. The staff is always helpful and provide excellent recommendations. Given how well I know the SW operations, I was surprised to see this particular store needed a little TLC in the care department (e.g. dusting, stocking, etc.), hence the deducted star. Even with this, I would still return because I was quite pleased with the customer service. I suggest visiting your nearby Sherwin-Williams Paint Store for exceptional customer service and guidance on your next home improvement project. Oh and don't forget visit during their 40% off paint and stain sales event. :)

I tried to go to the store 10 minutes before closing just to grab a quick paint chip and they had locked the store early. The employees were just sitting in there, not doing anything, and would not answer us or let us in.

I used to get good service now they changed the staff. And the manager is terrible. She must be a Hispanic girl who served me. She responds in a bad way and has a very bad attitude towards the customer. They also don't have the forklifts available to load all the boxes into my truck. Before they helped you with your order.

Really helpful staff! They went out of the way to help get the paint I needed to match the color of our front door after changing locks. Highly recommend them.

I received the best help with interior wood stains and sealer from Sid! Not only does he know everything about stains, their application, and how they look on various types of wood, he custom matched the color from the hazelnut I brought to the hardwood I am using. Excellent customer service and assistance, and super courteous professional! Thank you so much!

2 Employees working in store when I entered. Neither greeted me when I came in. 1 employee was helping a customer while the other walking around the store in areas where no customer's were present. Not sure how that strategy is supposed to work.After 5min finally the employee walking around ask if I've been help, which I replied no.... then he just walks off. I then see him again mixing paint. Assuming he didnt hear me I said " not sure it you heard me correctly, but No one has helped me" at which he replied I heard you. He then went on to explain he told the other employee working in the back who was already assisting a customer.I then stood there for another 3-5mins with my Paint Color Cart in hand, but walked out as they seem to care less about my businessNever had this experience with Sherwin Williams as I've visited several locations in the last week or so as I'm painting seveal rooms at my home. Don't waste yourtime with this location South Blvd Charlotte, NC!

Even with a busy store and being the only team member working, Amy was super helpful and gave me great advice. I was so impressed with how efficiently she worked and how quickly she moved! Amy even kept a positive attitude with everything going on!

I visited the South Blvd store today after Home Depot was unsuccessful in color matching the paint on my existing kitchen cabinetry. I will never make the same mistake again. Tyler and Byron, the two associates working, went absolutely above and beyond to save the day by ensuring I left with the exact color I needed. I am not one to leave Google reviews, but I would be remiss if I did not publicly acknowledge the quality of service I received.
